This modern top floor Duplex Apartment is 1,800 SF with 4 bedrooms, open kitchen, dining and living room area with abundant glass for great waterfront views of the Bay to the East. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath with unobstructed views of the Bay. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the 4th bedroom has a queen and a single bed. There is a queen air mattress for extra sleeping room when needed. Sun bath on the waterfront deck overlooking the Bay and the Ship Bottom waterfront. Keep your boat, jet ski or kayak right at our dock. There is an open outdoor shower and a basketball net at the street for your use. High speed Wifi and Comcast cable TV is provided. There is no land line telephone provided so please bring your cell phone.
The house is located within a 10 minute walk from the Ship Bottom Bay Park which holds weekly concerts and other events. It is just minutes by car to the ocean, shops and restaurants on Long Beach Island.

About the owner: I have been an architect and builder here on LBI for nearly 30 years. Having lived in most of its communities, and in many waterfront homes I discovered Cedar Bonnet in 2000 when I purchased a home at this location. Since then I have grown to love the tranquility of this quaint neighborhood, the fantastic views that I wake up to every morning and the convenient location to both my clients on LBI and shopping in Manahawkin. Amazing Views, Amazing Deck and a quiet location without traffic! I booked this for Memorial Day 2018 for my boyfriend & I. We didn't need anything large but really wanted to be by the water. The unit has two baths and four nice size bedrooms but we only need one! The kitchen, dining and family area is open concept which was perfect for us and this space is overlooking all glass windows with the perfect view we were wanting. The home is modern (I say this only from looking at some of the others online that have old TV's & nothing is updated.) The storage for larger families is great. The owner is very accommodating but also respects your privacy. It is a definite recommendation!
