Your visit to Lehua in the Hawaiian Islands is all about relaxation. The shores of Ewa Beach offer miles of sandy beach at your private entrance to the shoreline. Our spacious kitchen offers cooking and dining for six. The home is stocked with cookware and utensil for your holiday celebration. Off the covered patio lanai is a gas BBQ with beach views. Lehua's sleeping accommodations for 6 include; three bedrooms with 2 queens and 2 twin beds. The home is furnished in casual beach house décor, perfect for relaxation on the water. The amenities of the home include: Gated parking for up to two cars, Direct beach access, full sized kitchen with servings for up to 6-8 people. Wireless Internet, flat screen TVs, CD player, DVD player, stereo, dual bedroom A/C,s, ceiling fans through out, interior laundry room off the garage, secondary lavatory, covered patio lanai, gas bbq, beach towels and chairs. Bed sheets and linens for 2 queen and 2 two twin beds , assorted beach toys and much more... Upon your arrival the home will be fully stocked with all bedding, bath linens, as well as starter toiletries for your initial arrival. You are responsible for the your stay in toiletries dept. Our gated, spacious grass covered grounds are shaded in lush palms thru out. The home is centrally located in the historic town of Ewa Beach on the island of Oahu, 17 miles from the Honolulu airport and 24 miles from Waikiki, just 30- 45 minutes from most locations island wide. Just a few blocks away your shopping needs can be completed with stores, shops, restaurants, large chain super markets and local style dining all within 5 minutes. Ewa Beach host world class golfing at 7 golf courses just minutes away. If your looking for shopping malls visit the Waikele outdoor mall with Coach, Ralph Lauren, Anne Kline, and many more name brands to shop your day away, just 20 minutes away. Just 15 minutes away is the Ko Olina Resort or the New Disney Resort with it's four lagoons, groomed with perfect sandy beaches and spectacular golf courses. There will be NO SUBLETTING OR ASSIGNING to others. There will be NO LOUD MUSIC. There will be NO DISTURBANCE TO THE NEIGHBORS. Please do your best to leave the home clean at departure. Mahalo. PLEASE READ AND CONFIRM: *Unless we agree otherwise, the entire deposit shall be forfeited by tenant to property agent if tenant or guest break any of the about EIGHT “NO’S”. *ANY additional cleaning charges above normal, extraordinary wear and tear or damage or theft of items will be deducted from the deposit and may, if necessary be charged to tenants an additional expense if the deposit is not sufficient to cover. *Tenant is urged to leave the property in the same condition as was presented to them. * Please note the Security deposit / cleaning fee are required for the hold on the reservation. *Deposits / cleaning fee will be-REFUNDABLE if the cancellation is done 45 days prior to the reservation, minus a $100.00 administration fee. * If you cancel after final payment has been made, or after you arrive at the property, you agree to forfeit all rents prepaid except for any amount we are able to recover through re-renting the property. We reserve the right to re-rent the property for less than amount you agreed to pay and will refund only the amount we are able to recover. *ANY cancellation must be done in writing 45 days prior to arrival. Full amount shall be FORFEITED if the written cancellation is received by the managing agent less than 45 calendar days prior to the stating date of the rental. *The SECURITY DEPOSIT shall be returned by mail or thru Pay Pal within 14 days of cancellation or scheduled departure date if cancelled 45 days prior. * Any damages to the home if necessary be charged to tenant an additional expense if the deposit is not sufficient to cover the damages. Any damages are to be collected immediately. *Any part of a day the tenant stays past the Departure Time shall constitute an additional days rent will be deducted from the security deposit or addition charge. *Managing Agent or owner reserves the right to switch tenant to equal or better rental due to an emergency, fire, sale of rental property or natural disaster. *Please do not disturb the Neighbors. *The ocean can dangerous…. Enter at property’s edge is done at your own risk. *Children should not be left unattended. *Occupants shall be liable for all family, invitees, employees, or other persons invited onto the property. Should there be any legal action arising / related to occupants use of residence, the owner shall be entitled to recovery of all legal fees and cost. * Management and staff assume non responsibility for loss, due to thief while lodging at home. * Management / owner / occupant agree that all liability to owner or management due to injury of occupant or guest is waived and full responsibility of occupant of lease. *Confirmation happens upon full execution of this agreement and the deposit is received. We stayed at the home at the end of July. It was a magical experience. The sound of the crashing waves, the home and beach side location where wonderful. The home is a great family friendly retreat. We will definitely be returning as soon as we can. Danielle the staff was very helpful and showed us so much Aloha it made us feel like family. We can say enough. Thank you Rick and Danielle.
