Why This Property?
We bought the property as an investment in 1990 due to its close proximity to the Holland, Michigan State Park and Tunnel Park and their beautiful Lake Michigan beaches. The property also shares the use of our private association beach on Lake Macatawa allowing our guests a convenient place for their kayaks, SUPs or to anchor off their boat. The state boat launch is 1/2 mile away.
