We live in a wonderful development about 1/2 mile from Our Little House. I (Patti) grew up on a farm in northeastern Colorado. I worked as an attorney in Southern California for many years. Barry was born in Phoenix and grew up in Southern California. We moved to Chandler in 2003 in order for our children to grow up in the family friendly environment Chandler offers and to be educated in the amazing Chandler Schools. We are grateful every day that we have the privilege of living and being a part of the Chandler community. I am a Realtor, and Barry is a self-employed computer consultant. We have always been actively involved in our children's schools and extracurricular activities. We purchased our first rental home in SunBird in 2004 and rented it until we had an opportunity to sell it at a good profit in 2011. We soon discovered that we missed having a connection to SunBird, so we purchased Our Little House in September 2012 and look forward to sharing it with you.Patti Poe purchased this House in 2012

Our Little House has a very livable floor plan and made us feel at home. We knew that we could make it into a cozy, comfortable home away from home for visitors escaping the cold. Additionally, many of the homes in the community back to another property and do not afford much privacy. Our Little House backs to a street that is not very busy. There is considerably more privacy and not much street noise. Although the homes directly on the golf course are considered premium properties, we appreciate that Our Little House does not have as many dents and cracks from stray golf balls.
