| Damage Deposit $200 A signed Rental Agreement and a $200 Reservation Deposit is required to secure a booking. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. If booking date is within 45 days, the full payment is due once booking is confirmed. We accept All Major Credit Card, PayPal, Cashier's Check, and Direct Deposit. Cancellation policy: 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.If full payment is not paid at the time of cancellation, the deposit will be retained.100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. |

We had a wonderful first family vacation experience, house was perfect and accommodate all of us. Enjoy all the aminities that was provided which was memorable. Our grandson thoroughly enjoy the pool after all the walking he still wanted to jump back in at night. We were impress the closeness and convenient to the attractions, restaurants and malls. I used this property as accommodations during my VWT COLLEGE TOUR. I brought a few high school seniors to the Orlando area to visit some campuses. The home was just as described. It was perfectly positioned right at the center of where we needed to be, also quite near to attractions and shopping. The property owner was a joy to communicate with and always offered a speedy response. I had a slight issue and a repairman was there within an hour. I would definitely suggest this property for other travelers. I look forward to bringing my own family back this summer.

Nestled conveniently right in the middle of where we needed to be. Communication with the Property Manager was quite efficient and enjoyable. We had a slight issue and a repairman came within an hour. I would definitely suggest this home to anyone looking for a nice rental property during their stay in Orlando.
