About the Property
As you walk in the front gate you will be greeted by a courtyard with rosebushes and flowers and a small table and chairs to soak up the morning sun with your cup of coffee. Once inside looking to the back of the house there is 32 feet of glass overlooking the golf course and pond with fountain.There is a covered patio with new table with 6 swivel chairs and grill. The living area is 32 x 16 includes new leather reclining couch and loveseat ,55 inch TV, dining table that can seat 8 for your entertaining. Also a den area with hideabed and desk area if you may need to do a little catch up paperwork or letter writing. ' Who does that anymore?' A smaller but well stocked galley kitchen with a pass thru to the dining room and also a breakfast eating area conclude the living area.The master bedroom, walk in closet and bathroom is also on the golf course side of the house. There is a new king size fully adjustable bed and 32 inch TV. The second bedroom also has a walk in closet, faces south to the front courtyard with views of the rose bushes. A second bath is around the corner. There is a double garage with washer and dryer. |

Reviews
The property was offered as if it were our own so we were comfortable immediately. Use of a golf cart, views of the golf course and water feature through the large doors at the back, and two great TVs and full internet service were bonus items. Also, this site was extremely convenient to stores and rec centers. Owner was very easy to deal with.
