Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. If booking date is within 45 days, the full payment is due once booking is confirmed. We accept All Major Credit Card, PayPal, Cashier's Check, and Direct Deposit. Pool heat is an additional $30 per night if you need(must order for your whole stay).BBQ grill is free to use,Guests are responsible for the gas and clean the grill after use.There is an additional $120 pet fee for each pet if you bring your pets with you. Great stay House was beautiful and very roomy had big 4K TVs throughout the house only thing I didn’t agree with is kids room not having a tv. But other then that great n price was great as well
