| pool heat (per day ): $40 A signed Rental Agreement and a $300 Reservation Deposit is required to secure a booking. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. If booking date is within 45 days, the full payment is due once booking is confirmed. We accept All Major Credit Card, PayPal, Cashier's Check, and Direct Deposit. Pool heat is an additional $40 per night if you need(must order for your whole stay).BBQ grill is free to use,Guests are responsible for the gas and clean the grill after use. Our Rates was applicable for the 16 Guests. For the any additional guests there will be an extra fee per night of : $15.00 Cancellation policy: 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.If full payment is not paid at the time of cancellation, the deposit will be retained.100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. |
