Payment Policies
| pool heat fee ( per day: $40 A signed Rental Agreement and a $300 Reservation Deposit is required to secure a booking. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. If booking date is within 45 days, the full payment is due once booking is confirmed. We accept All Major Credit Card, PayPal, Cashier's Check, and Direct Deposit. Pool heat is an additional $40 per night if you need(must order for your whole stay).BBQ grill is free to use,Guests are responsible for the gas and clean the grill after use. Our Rates was applicable for the 18 Guests. For the any additional guests there will be an extra fee per night of : $20.00 Cancellation policy: 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.If full payment is not paid at the time of cancellation, the deposit will be retained.100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. |

My family and I at first didn't know what to expect with our stay at this particular home. Usually pictures looks better than vacation homes look in person; so we was hoping for the best and expecting the worse. However, after talking to the nice people at the guest desk and pulling up to the home.... our expectations went up dramatically. The home had great curb appeal and as we entered the front door, the layout of the home was truly the mirror image of the pictures on the website. It was fantastic!!!! Our family members was also in a private pool as well of the spacious bedrooms. Our trip was worried free because of the great communication and quick response and action by the owner. Each of my family members unanimously agree that this was our best vacation as a family we had in a very long time and maybe ever!!! So take a bow and pat yourself on the back because you guys deserve it!!! We already and will continue to recommend this place to stay when they are in town. But they have to beat us there first because this will not be our last time visiting and staying either!!! Thanks for the great memories!!!
Our schools Girls Basketball team recently stayed in one of your homes in davenport, FL. This was THE BEST times our team has ever enjoyed. The coaches cooked and the team enjoyed it. There was plenty of room and we felt like an actual family because we actually stayed under the same roof. The house was immaculate and there was PLENTY of room for all 20 of the team members and coaches. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms available. We will be renting from you on a regular basis because we travel a lot and this was better than staying at a 5 star hotel.The staff at the rental office was very helpful and pleasant. We have forwarded your information on to other schools and organizations within our district who travel and uses hotels.Thanks and we hope to be calling again soon!!
The house was absolutely beautiful, clean and spacious! Pictures don't do it justice! Fully equipped kitchen made our long stay vacation much easier, just love it. Pool area was really nice, the dads loved the bbq grill. Lake view was absolutely amazing. Kids enjoyed their X-box, pool table etc. The place just kept everyone entertained! Can't wait to go back next summer!!!
