Great location and great host! The house and property were beautiful. Thanks Kevin!
Kevin was very helpful at check-in, and the camp is amazing (right on the lake, 4 acre lot, with huge private beach). Perfect place to stay, we’ll likely go back next year.
There is no better location. Cabin comfortable, with plenty of room and very well stocked. Central AC was appreciated. Three bedrooms with comfortable beds. Large sandy beach with a large wooden dock where the grandkids loved to fish. Plenty of sun all day on the beach and a picnic table and chairs located above the beach in the shade. A great time had by all and excited to stay a full week next year.
The Cole Family Camp is amazing. Perfect location, with a boat dock and access to 3 moorings. The home is well stocked and the yard/beach are beautiful, there is also a fire pit for evening s'mores. Kevin is a great communicator, and shares local knowledge to make your time in Naples the best it can be. Kevin is a wonderful host. Bring a kayak or paddle board and/or a boat, it is a great area for paddling, fishing, tubing, water skiing, etc. You will not find a beach as good as this one. Great place we would stay again in a heart beat!
This cabin is right on the lake. It is picturesque and relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked with the basics. Great Wifi. Kevin is a welcoming host who gave me a tour upon my arrival. Will definitely stay here again next year!
The cabin is at a beautiful spot on Sebago Lake with a generous breachfront, and Kevin is a straightforward, helpful, and engaged host whenever you need him.
You cannot beat the location and privacy. Beach is sandy and the house living room window is 10ft from the lake. Amazing view to wake up to. My great uncle owned the property next door, so I was introducing my 2 yr old grandson to the way of life I grew up enjoying every summer when I was young. This place is great with small children and my granddog enjoyed it as well. It was hot this week, so the A/C was a life saver. We will be back next summer. We have 2 boats and the moorings were great. Without the dock we had to walk out to the boat or use the dingy provided. The water was warm, so we always walked out. Next year I’m sure the dock will be back in order. The only trick is keeping the sand outside. But who minds that challenge. Plenty of parking space for 2 boat trailers, 2 pickups and 2 cars. If you are looking for nostalgia this is the place. Every amenity is available. Paper towel, paper plates, Spices, oil, sugar, coffee filters. You will find everything you need and more. Definitely a place to stay!!!
Kevin has a beautiful place, against the water's edge where you can sleep on a comfy bed and hear the waves. The house is very clean, a good size and has everything you could need. It is in an inlet which is awesome for the kids to play. The beach cannot be beat! However, it gets overtaken by ducks two times a day as I think that is their feeding schedule when it is not rented. Also, the property does not have a working dock, it is underwater most of the time and when not underwater, it is filled with duck poop. We used the mooring and row boat. I wish the dock was more functional because it is a great place to get the sun. Kevin acts like a great host, however, he does not follow CDC guidelines during Covid so I was a little uncomfortable when we got to the property. Kevin kindly walks you around the property and inside the home but he does not wear a mask. My family and I are acting very conservative so that was difficult for us.
Wonderful rustic cabin with a great location.
A beautiful location, great place.
