I loved the open-air feeling of this Paniolo Hale condo... with the French doors open you hey nice breezes, hear the birds and frogs and geckos, and definitely feel like you are a part of nature. The neighbors are friendly, and don’t miss the nightly sunset viewings! (Take the lawn chairs straight out to the beach.) You can watch the brave surfers most days. Then walk a few minutes north or south for more beautiful beaches! The condo is roomy, the kitchen is well-stocked, Wi-Fi is good, and I got pretty good AT&T reception from the Lanai. Feels like a home, not a hotel. And these condos have way more privacy than most of the Kepuhi beach condos.

We stayed for 9 days and everything worked in the unit except the water pressure was exceptionally low and that never changed the entire time. Not sure why because I stayed here before and the pressure seemed normal. The unit is clean, and the owner had made an effort to have the basic cleaning supplies available for laundry, dishes, soaps, shampoos etc which was thoughtful and appreciated. There were some new pans and some old pans but we were able to do everything we attempted in the kitchen. I can appreciate how hard it is to get all those items on an island. Basically, if you have not been to MKK you may be expecting something different, but for MKK it was a great little place at a very affordable price and Paniolo Hale is by far the best place to stay on island. I prefer the shade and cooler units to those of an ocean view, so this unit is great as you feel like you are in a tree house by yourself except for one window on the lanai which looks out at the neighbors. There used to be a hammock which was gone now and I missed it. I don't like being able to walk to the window where I can see the neighbor so it provided a nice little buffer. Please bring it back if possible :). The Hammock also used to make a nice clothes line to dry out the damp beach towels/suits quickly. All in all it was exactly what I was expecting... The hammock is back!

Highly recommend! Plan to be back. This was a cozy condo for our family. It had all of the essentials, and more. What a relief to have a kitchen stocked with dishes and cooking appliances. The snorkeling gear and beach supplies were so helpful. Our stay here felt like home away from home. Mrs.Pate was extremely kind and helpful with answering all of my questions and giving us recommendations on things to do. The island was perfect to unwind, observe nature, and just be. Lovely condo with a fantastic lanai where you get lovely breezes as you lay in the hammock. Easy walk to beach and pool. Beautiful complex. Owners are friendly and responsive.

We loved this place! I've been to Molokai many times visiting family, for this trip I needed extra space so I rented this condo. It is a low key place that matches the low key lifestyle of Molokai. Living with the windows wide open (there are screens) brings all of the wonderful sounds of birds, waves and wind inside while our neighbors were very quiet. It is a very short walk, maybe 5 minutes to the waterfront, maybe 10 minutes to a swimming beach with good snorkeling. Things were very tidy, lots of spare snorkeling gear available for use, beach towels and a well apointed kitchen made this a great stay, I will definitely book again if I need a place to stay on Molokai.

This condo complex is wonderfully planted with trees and greenery that provide shade and cool temps. The layout is nice as the buildings are mostly placed to provide privacy, but some overlook the roadway and parking areas. This unit is roomy and spacious, and the owner provides lots of dishes, glasses and cookware, as well as beach towels, Tommy Bahama beach chairs and some snorkel gear. It is quiet and cool, as it faces north, away from the sun. The bedroom has a wonderful arch window that allowed us to watch stars and see the full moon. Comfy bed and pillows = good sleep. And no roosters! ????

This vacation rental is unreal. You feel like you’re at the ends of the earth, but wow what an amazing, beautiful end. The grounds are wonderful and lush- beautifully maintained. You’re just a few steps away from multiple secluded beaches. The apartment itself is like a magical little treehouse - well appointed and containing everything you need for a peaceful stay (stock up on groceries so you don’t have to go back into town!). If you are looking for an uberluxurious, modern/recently updated vacation home- admittedly this is not for you (moreover you’re probably on the wrong island altogether). But this particular unit is more than comfortable and will have everything you need in an absolutely amazing setting. This was such a wonderful escape. Thank you shell so much for your hospitality !

Beautiful Unit T2 and the location is quiet with sunsets that take your breath away. If you are looking to get away from people, hike and enjoy Hawaii like it should be, this is the place. T2 had every amenity.

Really enjoyed Paniolo Hale T2. Comfortable, convenient place to stay on Molokai. The screened in lanai is the perfect place to nap in the hammock or enjoy a morning coffee.
