FREE BEACH SETUP INCLUDED....Enjoy our Recently renovated two bedroom, two bath unit on the 18th floor for excellent views from the oversized balcony. New wood look flooring in bedrooms and new Stainless Appliances including full size washer and dryer. . FREE WIRELESS OR WIRED HIGH SPEED INTERNET CONNENCTION. Balcony is equipped with dining table, chairs and two lounge chairs for sun bathing or relaxing. Condo is located directly on the beach, with two Gulf side pools (one indoor/outdoor), hot tub, sauna, steam room, Gulf front fitness center and gas grills. All units at Emerald Isle have the same floor plan. Our unit is equipped with two king-size beds and queen sleeper sofa. We have a 42 inch LCD TV with VCR/DVD and stereo in living area with an assortment of movies and books for your enjoyment. Dining area seats six at the table. Tile floors everywhere except for new wood look floors in Bedrooms. The master bedroom has king bed, 42 inch led TV with VCR, private bath and direct access to large balcony. Second bedroom also has king bed with 42 inch TV with DVD. Our unit has been professionally decorated and is equipped with oversized plush towels and luxury bed linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs featuring granite counter tops and tile floor. Unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer. Must be someone 25 years old in the condo. |

Perfect vacation location for a families!
The Emerald Coast is beautiful and serene. Parasailing and jetski rentals are available. The condo is nice, it has new appliances. The tub and sink in one bathroom were draining slowly, but there were only 2 of us (so we used the other bathroom), and it was a holiday weekend, so they came to fix it within a couple days. The condo was very clean. But, the mattresses need to be replaced. We slept in both beds, and they would possibly be okay for someone less than 30 years old and/or less than 125 pounds. They are far from luxury. We didn't sleep well even one night, out of 8 nights.
Clean, great location, great view, as pictured. Would love to stay here again.
Just got back from a wonderful stay. The condo was exactly as pictured. 18th floor called for an amazing view at all times. The oversized balcony was more than spacious for our party of 4. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed when we made breakfast & lunch. Washer and dryer worked great, comfy KING size beds in both rooms, shower pressure was great, and overall the condo was so clean and well decorated! Check in was a breeze and jim was very prompt with every message we sent. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay! Thanks for a wonderful trip in your condo!!
Condo was immaculate and roomy. King size beds were very comfortable. Gorgeous views as pictured. Kitchen area had stainless appliances. Fridge was huge. Condo offered many amenities. Only drawback was really nothing shopping wise or to do within walking distance. Beach was beautiful though and enjoyed that each day with the free beach chair setup
We could not be happier with our stay in Panama City. Great location, excellent and spacious unit. Fantastic amenities, super spacious and clean. We would highly recommend staying here.
Very clean and comfortable with fantastic view of the gulf. Mike’s Cafe right across the street and Salty Sues within walking distance. Quiet and relaxing at the condo with everything needed for a wonderful stay! Highly recommend
Very clean and comfortable condo, and it was fully stocked for anything that you would need. Facility is very close to the “main” part of PCB, but far enough out of it where you can enjoy some peace and quiet! Owner responded very quickly when I had a question as well.
What a lovely restfully vacation. Condo was clean, well appointed with cookware, the balcony was big and the views were amazing. The complex was well secure with visible security on site. And lastly, the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for everything Jim, we will be back.
This condo is all that’s advertised and more. The view was amazing, super clean, lots of pots and dishes. The beach setup was convenient and we felt secure, you can visibly see security onsite. Lastly, the owner was a pleasure to work with. Will be back again next year.
