Book soon Summer bookings are starting and well on their way. And the best time of year (Summer, Labor Day weekend through October) are still avaialble - and you are best booking quickly. They can disappear in 1 hour. Weekend weddings dominate bookings thurs- Sunday, midweek not as rushed. Both bedrooms included in rental rates. You will pay much more as time goes by. Especially based on the value my Condo has to offer. Resort setting These prices include everything- flat fee (unless pet). Plus tax of course. No resort fees I had a small increase in cleaning fee so I've added that fee to my rate as of Aug 2018. 20.00 That is NOT per day. That is for your entire stay- minor inflation :) sorry Please double check calendar. I'm booked solid most times and while your not staying at the Marriott, I want you to feel like you are. Beautiful 2 room Condo located only 20 minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort. Newly remodeled with all the ammenities you'd expect for your family vacation, or a weekend get-a-way. Unit is located on the 2nd Floor which is the main floor where most ammenities are located. Studio unit includes room for 4. Spacious living area including full kitchen, working fireplace, dining area and patio deck. Attached King suite sleeps 2 and is extremely spacious and comfortable. Both are included and connected. The most affordable Condo location located by the #1 destination for families and vactioners from the local Denver area in the Rockies. Please keep in mind, this is a condo within the Inn at Silver Creek resort. There are permanent residents, renters, vacationers, Families, children, college kids, retiree's and owners. The entire property is considered non smoking, but there are occasionally violators which I cant control. Winter Park is the closests major ski resort to Denver. Only 1.5 hours from the Denver International airport. Dozens of activities and additional ski locations located nearby (5 minutes to 1.5 hours), including Devils Thumb, Loveland, Steamboat, Copper MTN. Breckenridge, A-Basin and Keystone. SolVista ski resort is located 5 minutes from the unit. Very affordable ski resort that would cater to familes looking for fun in the Rockies with very affordable lift tickets. During the sping, summer and fall there are many attractions very close including Granby Lake, Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park and the Hot Sulfer Springs resort which is 10 minutes away. Hiking, biking, golf, fishing and relaxing time at close-by Lake Granby are perfect for the spring, summer and fall seasons. Return customers and referrals are welcome and will receive benifits. |

Pretty much in the middle of everything we wanted to do. We used both rooms as a suite, had plenty of room to unload everything for a 5 day stay. It is always good to have two bath areas for a busy family. Although there is no A/C in these units, it was nice to have box fans available in both rooms, if needed. We just opened the windows in the evening to cool the rooms down to our needs. The bonus of this location is the grocery store/McDonalds/Subway literally across the street. Make sure to get City Market's members card (free) for discounts if you plan on extended stays. Overall, it was a great place to stay. The only problem that we had is that it's very busy in the morning. With the windows open, there is a lot of traffic and chatter in the parking lot. It makes for early mornings if you are a light sleeper. But, that is nothing that Brett's property should be dinged for. Just throwing the information out there for everyone else. We will definitely book this suite again when we head out west in the future.
Room was cozy, helpful staff. View was a little disappointing, but surrounding area was beautiful.
Property was exactly what we expected. We stayed for a week long deer hunt and we were very comfortable. Brett was amazing to work with and replied quickly if I had any questions at all. Definitely recommend!
First off Brett was so easy to work with. Very nice, accommodating and replied with in an hour of every email. His place was so cozy, it was like being up North at the cabin, the fire place was great! Perfect for the 4 of us. We really enjoyed the out door pool and hot tubs. The resort is a bit dated but very nice , clean and it has everything you need. The Resort is very close to Winter Park and the grocery store and liquor store was right across from it. We had a great stay and will be back! Thanks Brett
Comfortable condo. Good location.
I didn't realize that this property is basically a hotel but that's actually a perk as you get all the amenities of a hotel. The condo is two adjoined units with a kitchenette in one. It's pretty quiet as we were there over New Years and didn't have any issues. With six people it was a little cozy at night but overall met all my expectations. The pool/hot tub area is nice but is very humid and my eyes stung from all the chlorine after a while.
It was clean and convenient. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The discount on ski equipment was a bonus. Totally enjoyed the stay!

The room was just as explained and as shown in pictures. It was very clean and well stocked. The lodge itself has many ammenties which meant we Daley had to leave and only did so to ski and buy groceries. All of which was an ears shot away. I would like to thank Brett for the great stay and the staff at silver creek for being more than accommodating and just down right friendly. I recommend this for anyone looking to stay in granby for a fair price in quality atmosphere.
