Payment Policies
| Rates for holidays and special events may be higher. Rates may change until confirmed. A 50% deposit of the rent, exit cleaning fee and taxes is due upon signing the lease. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. $500 toward a security deposit is due prior to arrival, and can be put on a guest’s credit card as a temporary hold on the money instead of a charge to the card. Small, well-behaved dogs up to 20 pounds are allowed with advance notice and a pet fee of $20/pet/day or $100/pet/week. |
Reviews
The Bahama Beach Club apartments are quiet, cozy and quaint. The owner is a delight to work with, and it's hard to beat the block and a half stroll to the beach (just across A1A). The pool is maintained well, the grill is convenient, the laundry room makes doing a load of towels easy, the neighborhood is calm and safe. Walking to Walgreens is easy for those travelers who have forgotten any items. We have stayed here for three consecutive years because we love it, and the place is always very clean when we arrive. I noticed new linens this year, as well as comfy new bed pillows. The kitchen is adequately appointed, as well. Overall, an excellent value, and a great experience. I highly recommend it!
Great vacation experience start to finish. Great communication from management. Keyless entry was nice because we didn't have to check in after driving all day. We just let ourselves in and drank the complimentary water bottles. Beach was 1 block away and never crowded. When we didn't feel like getting sandy, the pool was right outside the door. My girlfriend and I have a small dog, and they were accommodating. The dog loved the place too. Cable TV and no hassle wifi and all kinds of good nearby takeout for when we just felt like staying in. Comfy couches for vegging out. Also the bed was more comfortable than mine. We already decided we will return!
