We stayed in Villa 110 - had an amazing time. Loved being on the ground floor- made getting to the pool and beach so easy-both a 1 minute walk from our patio. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay. So glad we chose to stay on the north shore and in this particular place. I had considered staying in the hotel but really happy we chose this instead as we were a party of 6 ranging in age from 10-90 - it wouldn't have been as nice had we been cramped into 2 hotel rooms and had to navigate elevators and hallways to get to our rooms. We had access to most of the resort amenities and I felt like the villas were actually in a better location than the hotel. The hotel pool was packed every time we walked by and while the villa pool was small, there were usually only 2 or 3 other families there at a time anyway. The walk from the villa to our car was about 30 seconds (in the hotel it would have been another long walk) There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. All of the beds were really comfortable - even the sofa bed which my teenage son slept on. Ate at Roy's twice-a 2 minute walk - and my teens (when they didn't feel like eating what we had stocked in the villa fridge could just walk over to the take out snack bar next to Roy's). We also did the zipline adventure course and the food trucks, both were a short 10 min drive. Grocery stores were close by too. Beach storage locker had everything we needed. Usually by the end of a vacation I am ready to get back home but here I actually was sad to be leaving. If we ever make it back to the north shore, I would absolutely stay in this place again. Highly recommend it...perfect for families! Thank you for having us!!

Amazing place! Great location! All the amenities needed for a comfortable stay away from home! Definitely the best way to vacation with a group. Looking forward to the next time!

We spent some of our family spring break in this gorgeous turtle bay condo! The kitchen is amazing, the layout is awesome for families with a great ensure for the parents. The access to the pool was great and the beach was a few steps further. Weather wasn’t great but we still had an amazing time with a great sunset one night! On one evening we were there they shut the pool down early because of an accident where they needed to clean it....that was a huge bummer but no ones fault. The beds were comfortable but not amazing....loved the proximity to everything North Shore.

Having stayed at Turtle Bay several times a year over the past few years, I am inclined to now stay at the Gina's Villas. It is so nice to have a kitchen and separate sleeping areas for my mom and I. It was so nice to be able to walk to either Roy's or Lei Lei's for dinner and then just have breakfast and lunch in the Villa. We loved the pool right out front and the beach is just a few steps further. The grounds are beautiful and very well cared for. The condo was clean and has everything you could think of that you need. We also felt very safe. Thank you Gina and staff. We'll be back soon!

Great property in a beautiful location.

The property is absolutely gorgeous and has everything for a care-feee vacation for a family: kitchen, utensils, washing machine dryer, TVs, WiFi. I mean EVERYTHING. Furniture is classy, the beds are great, the lanai opens into the garden and you can see the ocean from there. The management team is extremely responsive, and the owners are wonderful. We will be coming back many times!

Had a wonderful time at this property with family members. Spacious, quiet and very kid-friendly. View was great, beds were comfortable and steps to the beach and the pool was thoroughly enjoyed by the kids. Kitchen is well equipped. We bought groceries and cooked almost every meal during our stay. We will definitely return to Turtle Bay again. One recommendation: if you are able to provide toiletries (shampoos, conditioners) with the amount that can be used during the duration of the entire stay, it will be perfect . Buying more from grocery store will leave people needing to figure out how to bring it home or discard unused portion, which I think it's a waste.

It was a good property, with very convenient pool and beach access. Enjoyed our stay here.

I first booked the place I wanted to stay. Which VRBO allowed me to do. Vince then immediately contacted me, to let me know that my stay did not fit into his money making algorithm. I would need to be “refunded” and choose another option. I was refunded some of the funds, but I still have yet to receive $1,000. Vince put forth effort to help it seemed, but it still has not been refunded. For me, not ok, he told me to contact my bank to get the money back. Nobody should have to do that. Also the place we rebooked with them is not maintained. The dish washer has tape all around it, indicating it’s broken, and the dryer is hassle. Complaining constantly. Super sad to give such a review

We stayed here for 10 days. The condo was lovely. Very comfortable with lots of amenities/supplies. It is very close to the pool and short walk to the beach. And it was nice to be on the ground floor so our children could run on the grass and the older ones could go to the pool before us. Also, we had some questions and the owners/caretakers got back to us in a timely manner, so really happy with that. Great experience and beautiful place to stay on the north shore.

This place is great Would highly recommend staying here!! if you have family’s with kids has full kitchen ,and beds were comfortable, And everything was great
