About the Property
The KoOlina beaches are spectacular. This lovely town home is great for couples, honeymooners, families with kids, friend reunions, retirees business travelers. The beach is unique with a grassy area and lots of shade trees for those who need shade, and beautiful white sand beaches for the sun lovers, and beautiful sunsets. A jogging/ walking trail makes exercising on the beautiful beaches with refreshing ocean breezes, a special treat! And only a short walk to the new Disney hotel, the Aulani, and the new Four Seasons The KoOlina beaches are spectacular. The beach has shade, there are lovely mountain views, close to a water park, shopping, the airport, Pear Harbor, and wonderful restaurants. The beaches are a short walk or you can drive with parking spaces at the beach. Golf cart is available at an extra cost. There is also continuous daily free transportation from the marina, resorts, and all the shopping areas in Koolina: Disney, Four Seasons, Marriott, Marina, and shops, a grocery store and restaurants. The famous Koolina Golf Club, a Ted Robinson Championship Course Wonderful restaurants at the Marriott Vacation Club, Four Seasons and Disney's new hotel the Aulani, along with shopping, sightseeing, and much more. The beaches are walking distance but if you prefer to drive there is parking at all 4 lagoons. There is also valet parking at the resorts and the condo also has bicycles you can use. There is a free community shuttle from the hotels and to the shopping. Guests will receive a parking pass for the beach.
