Policies & Payments

Payment Policies
A reservation requires a 50% deposit of weekly rate.  Cancellations receive a refund less a 15% service charge only if the time frame can be re-rented.

The  property is professionally cleaned however we do ask that you leave it broom cleaned and visually as you saw it upon arrival.

Please bring your own sheets and towels or ask us about the linen service.
