Lovely owner rented Sea Colony townhouse renting for hundreds less than renting through an agency. Sea Colony is rated as one of the top tennis resorts in the country with 34 indoor and outdoor courts. This townhome has three large bedrooms (master with king size bed, one with a queen and the other with 2 twins). There is also a loft /sitting area upstairs. All bedrooms and the living room have TVs. The home is fully furnished including a gas fireplace, three season sunroom and wireless internet. Linens for all beds and towels for (4) guests are provided at no charge and supplied by a professional linen service. the home is located next to the main pool and a very short distance to the new fitness center.

The townhouse is perfect! Beautifully decorated, convienant location to the fitness center, pools and playground for the kids. The tram makes it so easy to get to the beach with all of our stuff and the kids! Very spacious, room for all of our extended family. The porches are wonderful for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Just like home, only in a better location. Best price in Sea Colony.
My family of 4 just returned from a weekend at this beautiful townhouse. We rented for the Memorial Day Holiday. The house is decorated very nicely. It is very spacious. I especially enjoyed the screened porch--it was such a serene and peaceful place to drink my morning coffee. The location is very convenient. It is less than a block to the fitness center and the pool. The closest shuttle stop is right at the corner, which made it easy to get to the beach, even with 2 kids in tow. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice this place was, considering it was priced lower than many comparable places that we looked at. We will definitely be back next year!
My family recently stayed at this property in Sea Colony, Bethany Beach, Delaware. It was without a doubt the nicest unit we have stayed at over the last 10 years. Weather you are physically active or just want to kick back at the beach this location can't be beat! With tennis,swimming pool (heated) and fitness center all within a quick 5 minute walk. If you want to go to the beach a convenient tram will pick you up with all your chairs, etc and take you to the beach. The unit is quiet spacious and very well appointed.. The sun room was a real bonus, and one we really enjoyed..
We've rented this house for the last 5 years for our family of five, and it's wonderful. The owners are great and easy to work with. The house is kept in great condition and we'll continue to rent from them as long as it's available.
