Spacious 3 BR, Walk to Best Beaches & Shops in South Kihei! Sleeps 8

Great location. 2 bedrooms were very hot. The single window unit was inadequate and the constant turning off when a door was opened and operating on a timer was very irritating and pretty much overcome all the positives of the condo.

We enjoyed our trip to Maui. Linda’s condo is perfectly located and loaded with amenities. Upon our arrival, we noted tile floors had not been mopped recently and two of the three fans were not working. Linda remedied those issues by the next morning. She was very responsive and we greatly appreciated her response. The only two issues that prevent us from rating her accommodations as 5 stars is the poor air conditioning that failed to adequately cool the front two bedrooms and the closure of the 7th floor patio, barbecue area. We feel we should have been notified that the BBQ area was going to be closed during our stay and given the option to reschedule for another time or change accommodations altogether. We did get to use the patio area one of the first nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Unfortunately, prior to seeing the posted notice that the area was going to be closed for 3/4 of our trip, we had already purchased a lot of meat/fish to grill. With the patio closed, we had to cook inside which was not quite the same. During our stay, it was very hot in Maui. The locals told us it was unusually hot. The window type air conditioning unit was problematic and underpowered for the size of the condo. Every single time a door was opened, the unit would cut off. You can imagine how stifling hot the unit would become after spending a hot day at the beach. It was impossible to cool the unit to a satisfactory temperature by bedtime. The unit is also on a four hour timer and someone had to get up in the middle of the night to turn it back on again. When the temperature gets too hot in Maui, the timer should be disabled. We loved the spaciousness of the condo. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. We appreciated the beach accessories. We would definitely book Linda’s condo again IF during a non summer month when air conditioning is not a necessity AND all amenities are available.

Walking distance to a great family beach and lots of good restaurants in the neighbourhood. And yet, its not loud and at times you hear the ocean! we loved it

We enjoyed our stay in #201. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this condominium. Location was great, walking distance to beach, shopping and food & beverage. The rooftop community space was a great place to catch sunset. We'll be back!

Very centrally located. Short walk to beach and many amenities. We lacked for nothing in the condo as it was very well supplied for all of our needs. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I was with a group of 8 and we were very comfortable. The condo was clean and everything we needed was included. Very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Would definitely return if in the area again!

Short walk to a great snorkeling beach, nice facilities especially master bed/bath. You may need to purchase toilet paper but that was really our only issue, we would definitely come back!

We stayed here for 2 weeks in March. Facilities are great: clean, in good repair, and comfortable. Owners were very responsive in helping solve the one problem we encountered. Nice location near beaches, shops, and main road in Kihei. Corner unit on 2nd floor made walk-up very easy. Exactly as advertised. Thank you.
