Dupont Estate Resort

Just came back from a week at The Dupont Estate Resort. We are a golf group of 50 plus year old guys mostly from the East coast who have been going away for 25+ years on an annual bro golf trip, and this is the nicest place we have ever been to. And we have been to Pinehurst, Charleston, Myrtle Beach, Utah, Hilton Head, plus plus. It was like having your own private resort. Lynne the owner could not have been more helpful with restaurant tips and anything we needed. Even though it was 100 degrees the pool was nice cool and refreshing. The grounds are amazing and the house was everything we wanted and more. Lynne went out of her to make our stay an enjoyable one and everyone in the group said when can we come back to the area and the Dupont Resort. It was the perfect location for all our golf courses and convenient to everything. Once we settled in, nothing we needed golf, food, stores was more then 15 minutes away. I would recommend this place to any large group looking for the best you can get. Thanks again to Lynne and Robert

Before renting the Dupont Estate Resort, I looked up pretty much every property that slept over 15 people in the greater Palm Springs area. I spent weeks doing research and decided on this property after speaking with the owners who were both helpful in answering my questions about the rental and excited to share their property with our group. I can truly say that the pictures and videos don't do it justice- this is one of the most amazing properties I have ever rented. The "house" feels more like a resort with high-end appliances, a SONOS system that plays music in every room and even outside in the expansive backyard, new linens and towels, and carefully decorated rooms and bathrooms. You can tell that the owners take pride in this home- everything from the backsplash in the kitchen to the art around the house has been thought of with luxury and class in mind. The best part though is that the property still retains this very chic and classic "Palm Springs" vibe while also giving guests modern luxuries. A few people in our group actually recognized the house from some very popular TV shows- yes the property is quite famous. : ) The backyard is something that has to be seen to fully appreciate. It's bigger than most homes in the neighborhood! With a picturesque backdrop of the mountains behind the yard, we found ourselves spending the afternoon just sitting from the living room and taking in the view. The property is walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants so you won't have to travel far if you are looking for a relaxing getaway with no stress. We didn't want to leave the house though for meals- what's the point when you are already at the best setting and place to be in Palm Springs! We can't wait to return to this magical property to create more memories and magical moments.

We just had our family for a3 day weekend at the Dupoint Estate. It was fablulous!! My Parents were celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary, and we wanted to go somewhere special with them. We had all ages and everyone said that it was the best weekend ever. Some of the thing we loved were the fire pit , just sitting in the huge yard enjoying the view of the mountains, date palms, rose garden, fruit trees and pool. We played games with the kids and everyone swam in the large pool. Loved the built in coffee, expresso, cappuccino machine. The kitchen has everything you need for a large group, and the home is very comfortable and modern. My parents couldn't believe how nice the master suite was , with their own, spa, and out door patio. Lynne and her husband were so nice and helpful, they could not have been better. I would recommend there home to anyone having a family gathering, wedding, or just a really fun time with friends. Diana H

I recently hosted a group of 18 friends for a golf weekend and we stayed at the Dupont Estate resort . All I can say is WOW!!!! Its way better in person and has everything imaginable !!! We were so happy with the house and all the amenities!!! Thanks Lynn and hope you enjoy the pool toys we left !!!!

I recently organized a Palm Springs area golf outing for 8 guys, and we wanted a place where we could spread out and do our own cooking after a full day of golf. The Dupont Estate was perfect, with 9+ bedrooms spread out among 3 buildings on the property. The property has all you need, and more, very nicely appointed, and I would highly recommend it. The owner (Lynne) was excellent to work with, and always available to help in any way. I hope to go back soon!

I was referred to this venue originally for a Family Reunion/Anniversary weekend. However, after being showed the resort on a walk through, my future Mother in Law joked, "You should get married here!" And it was an adventure ever since! We were more than taken care of. The owners are so amazing! They completely accommodated us. Even when I was thinking outside the box for our wedding, they let us do everything we wanted to do. Needless to say, the wedding was spectacular! Choosing a venue for the most important day of your life is imperative, and we made the right choice! All of our guests were amazed and wanted to stay longer. Our family was so impressed that they were already seriously talking about making it a yearly getaway. There wasn't a dull moment. We played some golf, frisbees, soccer, horse shoes, ping pong. We were sad that it went by so fast! Hence wanting to go back next year!! And we are so glad that is only about an hour and a half away from Los Angeles. This will be out Middle Meeting Spot between Los Angeles and Mexico for years to come! However, this time we will be able to relax!!!!

This was a wonderful place for our large family gathering to celebrate Thanksgiving and my mother-in-law's 80th birthday. We played flag football in the huge yard, sat around the fire pit each evening, watched football in the guest house, relaxed in the hot tub, and had no problem seating twenty for Thanksgiving dinner. Lynne could not have been more helpful.

There was only one downside to our Dupont Estate stay...leaving! From the youngest, a 6 year old, to the oldest, a 93 year old--no one wanted to leave. A truly fantastic place to vacation. Beautiful location with fun-filled extras. We hope to return again!

A perfect property for a large group! We had 5 families staying on the property and it could not have been any more fun.

My husband and I and 13 of our friends stayed at the Dupont Estate for 3 nights for my husband's 40th birthday. The property is GORGEOUS first and foremost, and everything is well taken care of--you even have almost everything you need--just buy food and drink and enjoy your stay! There is a ton to do on the property, you never have to leave. We loved the Sonos music system, the amazing kitchen, the grill, and of course the pool the most--but everything is to die for. Our friends that didn't accompany us saw our photos on social media and couldn't get over how beautiful the property was. When you're at the estate, you truly feel like you have your own hotel property to yourself! It was the perfect getaway for us to be able to concentrate on our time with friends. Each bedroom is well setup, everyone had a unique room and a nice bathroom. The owners were very easy to contact and very helpful without being intruding. We cannot recommend the Dupont Estate enough. We hope to return very soon!
