Free beach service with 2 loungers & umbrella is complimentary with every reservation from March- October.

We really enjoyed this condo. It’s in a good location away from the crowds. It was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need and more. Beds were comfortable and the condo even came with two assigned beach chairs. The host was very friendly and responsive. The ocean view was amazing. Loved the white sand beach too. Winn Dixie, CVS and a few restaurants were conviently located across the street. We had a wonderful family vacation and would definitely stay here again.
We have stayed in this condo complex numerous times since 2005. This is a great family location, convenient grocery across the street and ocean front. Love that there is a pool on site, but would have enjoyed if it was heated (April visit). It is nice to see th owners investing in their rental properties, nice new updates in this unit. Cindy was pleasant and responsive to questions.
Our week was spent relaxing on the beach, lounging by the pool and playing games as a family in the evenings. Outstanding accommodations that have been beautifully decorated and furnished. Great location (just 1 mile from Pier Park) with no overcrowded beach or pool. We enjoyed our relaxing first week of June.
This condo unit was fabulous! It was clean, comfortable & updated. Very close to Pier Park for shopping, dining & fun for the kids. The owners are AMAZING!! They live on site so were able to address any concern we might have had, which were basically none. There was some confusion the first day with the beach service, but Cindy had it resolved in no time. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again!!!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condominium. Very spacious and great location. Very close to stores and restaurants. Definitely recommend this place. By the way, the wi-fi internet connection was great, it really made a difference and kept everyone connected and posting all of our adventures!
Place was very nice & well kept inside condo. Beach was nice with not a ton of people since Aqua Vista isn't super big like some of the places further down. Cindy & her husband were great hosts!
Beautiful condo! My family had a wonderful weekend!
