Wildflower Rentals at Cabin Cove, consists of 4 high-end custom built cabins, each handsomely furnished and outfitted with all the modern conveniences, nestled in their own private sanctuary on Cowee Mountain. Outside, you'll find yourself communing with nature; inside, you're pampered in luxury. Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed by a sweet harmony of chirping birds. A few feet away are Wildflower's 5 mile hiking trails, which wind through miles of wondrous forest bursting with mountain creeks, wildlife, native ferns and Rhododendron. The trail system connects to the Wildflower Clubhouse and pool area and winds down to the bottom of the mountain, where a well-stocked pond beckons the angler in the group. You're at home, so kick off your shoes and relax. Cowee Mountain is known for its gem and gold deposits, and you just might get lucky sifting through the water. If not, no worries - you've already hit it rich. Each cabin in Wildflower's Cabin Cove is a spacious sanctuary of luxury and comfort. Each three and four bedroom cabin features an open floor plan with a main-floor master bedroom, custom wood cabinetry, hardwood floors, double vanities, high-end appliances, hot tubs, and a long list of other luxuries. Décor and finishes are rustic and elegant, reflecting the beauty of the surrounding wilderness. You'll also be entitled take a swim in the outdoor pool located at the Wildflower Clubhouse. It's hard to imagine a more ideal place for a vacation than Wildflower. Located just outside the mountain town of Franklin, North Carolina. This private, 2,200-acre community is a world away from the hustle and stress of the city, yet conveniently close. Several major Southeastern cities are within an easy drive (an hour from Asheville, NC ; two hours from Atlanta, GA) But it's the proximity to nature that will keep you coming back. To the west, the half-million acres of the Nantahala National Forest burst with hiking trails, mountain streams and waterfalls, the whitewater adventure of the Nantahala River, and a dazzling array of wildlife and wildflowers. To the north, the mile-high peaks of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park roll away into the distance. And just minutes away are the Nantahala Gorge and the Cherokee Indian Reservation. |

While the photos are accurate, they don't truly convey how stunning this cabin really is. We have stayed in cabins in busier tourist areas, but this cabin was perfect for a relaxing retreat with a couple of other family members. It was so clean that I wondered if it had ever been stayed in! We enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace, cooked in the exquisite kitchen and even did a little hiking near the cabin.
We loved the cabin, it was so warm and cozy, just as I always dreamed a cabin in the mountains would be. We were in the perfect location, it was only a half hour scenic drive to see a couple of spectacular waterfalls! Our kids who are 8 yrs old really enjoyed the gem mining and I have to say, we had fun with it also! We found a really cool walking trail near the cabin with a little waterfall. Having our dog with us to enjoy hiking was a plus!
Just a quick note to say how much we LOVED the cabin and enjoyed our stay! Above and beyond expectations is the only way to describe the cabin and its amenities and condition. It was so difficult to leave that beautiful setting. We will definitely be back to rent in this beautiful community! Thank you for all you personalize service and support in the rental process. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The cabin was beautiful and so well cared for. We lacked for nothing during our stay at cabin 2.
Our group of 4 adults and two kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cabin 2. The closet in the master bedroom is big enough to serve as a child's bedroom. The cabin and landscaping are gorgeous. The clubhouse pool was convenient and just as beautiful. We had an amazing, clear view of the total solar eclipse from the poolside! Couldn't have been better!
The property was nice for first 3 days but loss power and water the last 3 days. We felt we should have received 2 day refund as we could not stay no water or electricity .
My family and I rented all 6 cabins that Jeanette had and they were all beautiful with wonderful amenities. It was quiet and serene and the perfect stay for our family and friends during our wedding!
We had a wonderful stay at the cabin! Fireplace and hot tub were great.
This cabin had everything we needed. All you have to bring is food. Very nice kitchen appliances, grill, hot tub, games. You can really relax in the serene mountain setting.
This is a wonderful cabin. The surrounding property is beautiful. Jeanette, the property manager, was excellent to work with. Would highly recommend it and will plan to stay there in the future.
Beautiful cabin amongst the trees equipped with all of the modern touches you could ask for. Spotless, quiet, huge, excellent. The manager is so helpful and pleasant.
We will most differently be back to stay again. This was a unexpected trip for our family. We had to evacuate from Charleston from hurricane Florence. It was very difficult, but we had to get away. The cabin was so inviting when we arrived. Just beautiful. Jeanette was absolutely a sweetheart, Thank you for all that you did for us. And being so concerned about our situation back home.We will be back soon.

Wildflower was a beautiful cabin! It was very comfortable and well appointed. There were a few small maintenance concerns that we brought to the attention of the manager. She said they would be taken care of right away. We loved our stay, it was perfectly quiet and remote.
