High floor with ocean views...."stone throw away" from the beach.... Comfortable, spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite is extremely clean.... Floor to ceiling pocket doors invite the outside in! Lanai (balcony) is spacious with comfortable seating to enjoy the fresh air, morning coffee or evening glass of wine....romantic sunsets! Whale watching from the lanai during Winter season! You look down from the villa's lanai to the pool area and wave to your kids or partner that you will be right there to join them..... Local celebrity chef Roy Yamaguchi inspired kitchen design....beautiful stone countertops, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances....wine refrigerator ....state of the art! Blender....coffee maker....toaster....kitchenware... Living room; spacious with exotic Polynesian hardwood furnishings....very comfortable! Large flat screen TV and audio system for your enjoyment... Master bedroom: Cal King very comfortable with access to the lanai. Adjacent master bath contains a deep soaking tub (feels like a private spa!), separate shower and dual sinks. Guest bath also has a deep soaking tub! Guest bedroom: 2 extra long (XL) twin beds can convert to a King. Adjacent is a private lanai with stunning views! Has flat screen TV.... Other sleeping accommodations : Living room sofa converts to a Full size sleeper and a folding futon. Child: Pac-N-Play (upon request) Dining table is made of exotic Bali type hardwood offering comfortable seating for family dining of six. Overall open floor plan where the living room, dining room and kitchen invite intermingling and entertainment....even guests enjoying the views from the lanai can get in the conversation! Very quiet building overall and convenient access to the pool and beach. We have beach gear too: beach chairs, towels, floaters, kids beach toys, etc.... You will also see the Disney Aulani Hotel from the lanai....so its a short distance stroll over.... Parking is in the condo's garage and reserved. This is a larger stall to accommodate a large SUV etc. (note: Most other stalls are compact and subject to paying a fee if requesting another stall). Conveniently located near elevators. Ko Olina Beach Villas is walking distance to the country store (ABC store) and local eateries. Or just stay put on the grounds and enjoy the Beach Villas' private 'Tiki Bar'.....located right at the pool adjacent to the beach! Mai Tai anyone? Watch your favorite team play on their big screen....but you will be distracted with the ocean views....uuu/ "Hang Loose" or hand gesture uuu/ is a state of mind in Hawaii....be happy...be relaxed...no worries...love life! Our family of 4 stayed here over Spring Break 2018. This was our first time booking through VRBO and have to say, it was well worth it. Check in was smooth and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The unit was impeccable. Lots of amenities and my teenage girls loved the snorkle gear that came with the unit. Who needs Hanauma Bay, the lagoon right outside the complex has plenty of fish to entertain you. We'd definitely book this unit again. RM
We loved that it was fully stocked. I appreciated that some condiment were left behind and the spices. It was much appreciated and made shopping and cooking easier. they had dish soap and laundry soap for us to use and so much more. would recommend this for a family of four. Could of used some instruction on how to use the stove lol we figured it out. thanks again
Thank you for the use of your amazing condo. It was in fantastic shape and was so comfortable for our family of 5. We love the area and the corner lanai. The resort was quiet (even during the summer season) which was impressive. We travel frequently and were very impressed. Thank you for the beach towels and scuba gear usage. The kitchen was very high end. As for recommendations I would suggest: maintence on the dishwasher and dryer on a more regular basis. In addition the kitchen utensils (including grill tools) and amount of dishes were lacking a bit. However this did not change our impression of a fantastic vacation and amazing condo. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven. We would stay here again without hesiststion.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ko Olina Beach Villas. This condo had a spectacular view of the ocean and pools. It was well equipped with beach gear, snorkels, and all of the essentials needed for a week stay. We hope to come back again soon!
The property is very nice. I highly recommend it to anyone. Nice quiet location. The grounds are well kept and the pools are very nice. Lagoon 2 is nice for snorkeling. Restaurants nearby are good. Check in process was easy. We ate most breakfasts in the villa. Remember to bring bags with you to the store as they now charge you for bags. If I had to knock anything about this place is the parking space is quite away from the unit. If you have mobility issues it may be an issue. The other thing is the welcome letter has some outdated information in it. The WiFi information is incorrect. Just look at the router to get the correct information. There are so many remotes to all the devices it literally took us 45 minutes to figure them out. Some directions would be helpful. Overall it is a 5 star location and we definitely would rent it again!
Wonderful villa with amazing ocean and sunset views. Lush, tropical grounds with koi ponds are incredible. Really enjoyed our stay!!
I have stayed in 7 different condos in this building. This condo was the best. The views were great, the condo was in excellent shape, clean, well stocked with condiments (a nice touch) and very quiet. One other standout from the other condos in the building we have stayed at—-the beds were SUPER comfortable! I highly recommend this condo.
We Really enjoyed this property and our entire stay on Oahu. This was our first time at Ko Olina and we will definitely return. The staff was very courteous and helpful, the property was really in impeccable condition. Close proximity to the pools and beach, quiet and relaxing. Driving into Waikiki is about an hour during off-peak traffic times...I'd definitely recommend avoiding the highway during peak traffic hours. Wonderful vacation spot for our whole family (two adults, two kids under 8 y/o)!!
