Upstairs is one large attic room with three dormers. It is also carpeted. It has an Air Conditioner and a Monitor Heater. The kitchen is equipped for twelve people. River house is a historic building on the river. If you know about these things, you might recognize it as a house that was purchased out of a catalog and built in 1923. The back yard with a BBQ, Table and Chairs, and Firepit, ends at a wall that drops down to the riverbank. The owners have maintained the downstairs interior in its original style which means linoleum floors and pressed paper walls.
