We had another fantastic time at Marco Island Crystal Shores. It is a beautiful resort and the views of the ocean are amazing. We love all the activities they schedule, even though we don't participate in a lot of them, its nice to have options. The resort itself is super clean which is very important to me. The only downside was that our room was next to the gym and we could hear the weight lifting and equipment from our bedroom. The gym is supposed to close at a certain time, but we did have to call at 1 AM and tell the front desk. They immediately went and handled the issue. Don was great to work with and always answered my questions promptly and sent detailed information and invoices before the trip. I would 100% recommend this resort and working with Donald and his company.
Unit itself was good size and worked well for our group. Showed some wear and my wife found ants in the kitchen the first day but the front desk sent someone right away to address it. Great weather and friendly staff made for a great week. Would strongly consider a future stay.
Unit was great. Amenities great. Kids acrivities exceeded expectations. Will use Travelscowt again without hesitation
We had a great vacation at the Crystal Shores in Marco Island. The property was wonderful and the service provided by Donald Archer at Travel Scowt was too. Would highly recommend it and will definitely use TravelScowt in the future!
We had an incredible week and were so pleased with our gulf front corner unit. You can’t put a price on sunsets over the gulf and being lulled to sleep by the sound of the water. The staff members were all so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. This was our second family vacation at Marriott Crystal Shores and we’re already looking forward to our next stay!
Enjoyed our stay at Crystal Shores immensely. You know how sometimes the place doesn't exactly match the photos they show on the website? Not in this case! Our suite was beautiful and spacious enough for our family of five. Hope to return soon!
We had an amazing family vacation. The 3 bedroom penthouse was spectacular. Amazing views & priceless sunsets. There was plenty of room for everyone. The balcony space was incredible. The penthouse made the entire vacation. We were not blown away with the actual Marriott vacation club itself. The grounds were not as lush & landscaped as other vacation clubs we have stayed at (Aruba). Stilts is the only restaurant on the property and lacked a little ambiance. And, we would have like to have servers by pool/ocean area. However, Marco Island has incredible restaurants all within walking distance which we loved! If you're into fishing...call Capt. Ted at Rose Marina. He is wonderful with kids. We caught a ton of mackerel, took them to a local restaurant and ate like kings & queens. I have to say I was a bit hesitant to use a third party like Travelscowt. I didn't know anything about them. But, saw wonderful reviews online. Donald at Travelscowt was incredibly helpful and efficient in addressing all our concerns. I am so glad we booked!! Looking forward to our next vacation with Travelscowt. Thank you, Donald!
Excellent spot for everything, great accommodations, resort was top notch - clean, friendly staff. Overall, just fabulous. Great place, great owner - couldn't ask for better communication. Book it, you won't be disappointed.
This is a beautiful property, the majority of the resort was built in 2018, nice pools, beautiful beach, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Family of six had a great time, ample room in the condo, nice fitness center. Did not take advantage of a whole lot of planned activities at the resort but the ones we did were great. Friendly staff. Would definitely return.
We had a great time! Great place for families to relax and reunite with other family members... Beautiful weather, beautiful property! Very convenient to dining and walking distance to many restaurants and ice cream for the kids.
