About the Property
Extraordinary emerald blue Gulf views from every room in this beautifully refurbished Silver Beach Towers East condo. This beach chic condo was just renovated and completely refurbished. As for a good nights rest, you can fall asleep to the lull of breaking waves in either of the two gulf front master bedrooms, both feature king size beds with premium mattresses. In addition, the living area has two sleepers, a queen and a twin, in the stylish and extremely comfortable pull out sofa and over sized matching chair. The living area was designed to entertain! It has a huge coffee table great for card and board games. There is room for for an evening of the beach, what could be better? The beautiful dining area seats 4 at the table and another 3 at the bar. There is a dining set on the balcony that seats 4 as well. The two balcony chaise lounge chairs make hours of dolphin gazing, people watching or beachfront book reading as good as it gets! The resort has it's own private beach. We provide you with full beach set-up, this includes two chaise lounge chairs and an umbrella as close to the water as you want. The magnificent super sized twin pools and hot tub are on the beach. Please note, in addition to the nightly fee, there is a $170 Departure Clean, $69 Damage Waiver Fee, and a $45 Reservation Fee. CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund will be given provided your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, less a $200 cancellation fee. There is no refund for reservation cancellations within 60 days of arrival date, unless Traveler’s Insurance has been procured, which is highly encouraged. |

Reviews
We stayed here the last weekend of Dec and really enjoyed the property. The condo is beautifully decorated and the beds were especially comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with every possible utensil we could need and there were more than sufficient towels for our 3 day stay. The property management was very responsive and resolved the couple of issues we had, within hours though it was a Saturday. Thank you Nino! The views from the balcony and the windows were breathtaking. We saw dolphins too! And the best part - we didn't have to make the beds, wash the linens and dishes, etc at checkout, like some properties stipulate! The property is also close to all Destin's shopping centers, restaurants and amusement areas/ parks. The only cons were that the building did not have a heated pool or a gym, but the weather held up in the mornings, so the kids still got sufficient time in the water :) Thank you again Nino and Michelle.
Our winter getaway was made perfect mainly because of your unit, Serenity Blue! Calming colors, comfortable furnishings, and a great group to work with!! We were met at Silver Beach Condo by a lovely lady, Nino, who showed us everything!! That was a plus!! Let me assure you, we will be back!!
We love Silverbeach towers...10 years of staying here. This condo was absolutely beautiful!! Well decorated and maintained. Rental company was great!!
