No pets and no smoking in the unit and no glassware near the pools. Tourist information available pre-booking on request. I don't take a damage deposit or charge a cleaning fee. I rely on the good faith of my guests. I have a cleaning crew come in at your departure, but appreciate anything you can do to make their job easier. Please use the condo as your own -- gently. |

Thanks again for an awesome experience. The condo is as beautiful and fully stocked as before. Wife and kids had a blast watching the sunsets, playing tennis, and swimming can't wait to visit again.
This condo was a perfect fit, with the offer of many extras, we discussed the drawbacks, and if a rug in front of the kitchen sink is a drawback, lol, thats all we could think of.... the condo was well stocked and comfy, the beds were soft and cozy, the view was amazing, of course we love the island... our appreciation goes out to John for sharing his wonderful place.
Fantastic property
Great family time with perfect accommodations for our family . Condo was in perfect condition with great views . Indoor and outdoor pools were just what we needed with small children and rainy days when going to the beach wasn't possible . Owner was very kind in checking in to make sure there were no issues or problems . Great place to stay and we will definitely be going back !

Wonderful and well maintained condo that has that perfect home away from home feeling. Everything from the furniture to all the items you might need in the kitchen or bathroom are perfect. Will definitely be coming back. Hopefully soon!
The condo was very nicely decorated and stocked with most basic essentials. More so than one could ask. The building was quiet and had very nice amenities including the pools, hot tub, tennis and ping pong. Also, my wife and daughter enjoyed the fitness center. Beach was beautiful and there were no crowds...very little "peopling", which we like. The condo could use a fresh coat of paint, carpet is tired, and recommend higher quality toilets. Furnishings were above average and bedrooms were very nice. Telescope was a plus. We would stay here again. Thanks.
This was our 3rd trip in the last 4 years to 606. Once again the condo was clean and well-stocked. There was even a replacement for the canopy/tent which had been taken by beach patrol a couple of years ago. John has earned his high rating, and he continues to offer very reasonable rates. We plan to return next year. It was a rough year on the beach though. Jellyfish blooms kept our kids out of the water. There was also quite a bit of garbage that had washed up on our third day. But Dauphin Island is still the best place for taking long beach walks, especially at night. There is something about the island which forces you to "slow down" and enjoy the simpler things.
The condo was roomy and homey. We stayed 4 nights and could've stayed longer once we were there. It was our family vacation with our 3 little boys and they had a blast. Swam every day and even saw a dolphin swimming 20 ft from us!! Had everything we needed down to the toiletries and shampoo. Best vacation yet!
John was very responsive and helpful. The condo is amazing. Stunning views! There was so much left here to enjoy we woukdnt have even had to pack much had we known Haha. Our favorite experience was picking up shells on Pelican Island just a walk from the condo. We will definitely be back.
My daughter's family stayed in the unit for two nights and her daughters enjoyed the opportunity to hit the pool coming from the far north. All had an enjoyable time with her daughters each enjoying their own bedroom.
