Very nice, clean home away from home and perfect for our needs of having a place to sleep, have our morning coffee and have a place to relax when we weren't visiting family. Easy access to the freeway but far enough away so it was quiet. Tastefully decorated, comfortable and complete instructions provided on how to operate heaters, appliances etc. The owner let us have our privacy but when we met upon our departure, we felt that she would have accommodated any additional needs we would have presented, but in our case, nothing was lacking. We'll definitely see about renting this place again on our next visit to the San Diego area.
The cozy suite is a great choice for one or two adults. It is very clean, comfortable, and well equipped for an extended stay. The suite is attached to the owner's home but it is very private. We rented it for a month and were completely satisfied. We hope to return.
Visiting the area, awaiting the birth of a grandson. It was very convenient to get to all areas, restaurants, shopping areas, family. The cozy suite was furnished with all necessary items, nice toiletries, etc. My 12 day stay worked out perfect, he was born 5 days after my arrival. Can't wait to come back.
Clean,Safe,Good location..(2 Trader Joe's with in 15 miles) Nice owner
This is the second time we rented the Cozy Suite for a month. We were here for the month of January 2016. Again we were completely happy with the location, cleanliness and ease of renting from the owner. I am recommending it to a friend for next year.
We flew in to visit our daughter for the week and had an incredibly stay at the Cozy Suite. It was everything we had hoped for, private, clean, all the amenities needed. It was an amazing location, very close to the beach. The owner was very sweet and gave us the privacy we were looking for. We definitely plan on returning.
The Cozy Suite was a perfect spot to stay while doing some construction. The suite was very clean and comfortable. Probably stayed during one of the coldest spells in San Diego and the space heater warmed the place up perfectly.
My wife and I stayed at The Cozy Suite for a week in February 2017. It was excellent. It is on a very quiet street. There are two shopping centres close by. It is a short drive to the beach. I would say it is best suited for 1 or 2 people. Vicki was very nice. She offered to help a number of times but to be honest the suite had everything we needed. I didn't find Vicki intrusive at all. I would recommend this property to others heading that way.
This is the second time we have stayed here & it is like a mini home-away-from-home for us. I love being able to prepare some of our own meals so we don't have to eat out all the time and our son and daughter in law can visit us in a relaxing atmosphere. It is much nicer than staying in a hotel - more room and cheaper as well. Very convenient having a sofa bed in the lounge room as well as the queen size bed in the bedroom. It takes about 15 minutes to stroll to the nearest shopping centre which has everything we need, & if feeling energetic, it is about a 35 minute walk to Fletcher Cove Park & the beach as well as the very interesting Cedros Design District. The train is about a 30 minute walk away and there are buses running down the main road which is about a 7 minute walk. Easy parking right out front if you have a car. Love the toiletries that Vicki provides. I would definitely recommend Cozy Suite to anyone who likes to stay in a quiet but convenient location.
The Cozy Cottage was very well equipted with anything you might need. It was comfortably and tastefully decorated.
