About the Property
| Hyde Park Haven is a Victorian home located close to the University of Chicago, Museum of Science & Industry restaurants, shops, and beaches. We are a short ride downtown either by car or public transportation. There are four bedrooms, with the Master Suite having two rooms. There is a living room, formal dining room, office, sunroom and kitchen on the 1st level. There is a deck in back. There is plenty of space for a group to enjoy time in Chicago when not out and about in the city. |
Unique Benefits
Hyde Park is a great neighborhood to spend your time in Chicago. It is a walkable place, with restaurants and shops and plenty of festivals in the summer. The lake is a short walk away If you are coming for the University of Chicago, we are walking distance to the center of campus and a quick shared ride to the further ends of campus. The university bus stops on the end of our block. If you are visiting for a conference downtown or at McCormick, we are about 15-20 minutes by car. The house itself, has plenty of space for families and groups. As for the space itself, it is large and comfy with all the amenities that we could think of.
Why Kids Love It
Kids love this space because it is roomy inside, with a doll house, blocks and puzzles. It is also just a block or two away from two parks and four blocks from the lake and Museum of Science & Industry.
