A true Beach Condo. The best view on Treasure Island. 2 Bedroom 2 Bath.

Our stay at this condo was fantastic. It has the best view on the beach, very easy to get to. The recent renovations that were done made it all worth while. The location is probably one of the better ones, easy access to the beach, within short driving distance of many restaurants down at St Pete Beach, and within walking distance to John's Pass. We had an awesome two weeks and hope to come back next year. Joann and Doug

We had a very enjoyable & relaxing vacation in Treasure Island. The beach is wonderful and family orientated. When we wanted to get out of the sun we sat on our deck and simply enjoyed being outdoors. The condo is peaceful, spacious and remodeled nicely. We would recommend it.

We usually go to the beach every year. Up until this stay (3-10-18) we have always been on the Atlantic Ocean. I never knew what we were missing! The gulf coast is so beautiful. The sand is so soft and fine, the ocean a calm and beautiful blue green. The condo added to the beautiful atmosphere. It's obvious the owner has recently renovated and the furnishings are high end and make the condo seem more like a home. The kitchen has everything you could need and is laid out very well. The bedrooms are beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. We spent most of our time on the balcony directly over looking the beach or in the great room with an entire wall of windows overlooking the beach. The owner contacted me immediately after booking and then right after we checked in. I texted her a question and she responded very quickly. I would definitely rent from her again.

We got back from our stay at Sheila’s condo last week and had a great time. The building itself is pretty old, like much of the Treasure island area, but it is in extremely nice condition from the outside, and the inside has been updated at some point recently, and is very, very well appointed. I’d say it looked and felt even nicer in person, and definitely nicer than a lot of the other condos we considered. The kitchen especially. Also, just the layout of the place is great, how it faces out to the ocean, is super nice. So much more comfortable than staying in ahotel room! The view from inside or on the deck is just awesome, we sat and watched sunsets almost every night. We are a family of 4, with two kiddos, 4 and 7 years old and this condo worked perfectly for us, with us in the master and our 2 little ones in the other bedroom. Cooking in the condo was great, the kitchen has pretty much everything, the only thing missing is an outdoor grill... I am a big grill dude, so that’s the only thing I would ‘wish’ for at this condo and as far as I could tell, there were no other neighbors with grills so maybe it’s an HOA thing. There are lots of great restaurants in the area so no big deal at all. We ate very well during our stay. The beach here is wonderful, sugar sand, great for walking/running, or just doing kid-beach stuff. Treasure island overall was a perfect area for us, the beach is great, and there’s a ton of other things to do close by, so we thoroughly enjoyed our week here. Sheila is just wonderful, as soon as I booked she called to introduce herself, gave me the ‘lay of the land’ so to speak, and helped us with restaurant recommendations, also several other tips. She also checked in with us during our stay, and wanted to make sure all was ok, which it was 100%. All in all, I can give an enthusiastic 5 stars for this condo and its owner! We loved everything about it.

Great place. Updated nicely. It was exactly as pictured and you can’t beat the location! Shelia is very easy to work with. We would stay here again.

We loved staying in this condo during our third visit to Treasure Island. Great walking distance to John's pass, restaurants, and shopping. The condo is updated, clean, and well-appointed. We appreciated having plenty of beach chairs, towels, and other items handy. The owner was a pleasure to work with and was very interested in making sure our stay was enjoyable. Thank you!

During Winter break 2018, we had the great opportunity to stay at this beautiful condo on the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is recently renovated with all the decor and features of a 2019 condo. Awesome gourmet kitchen with a great view of the Gulf. The beach is right there with sand dunes and sea oats. The beach access is over a walkway over the sand dunes. During the busy holiday week, the beach was still quiet since the larger city parking lots are many blocks away. The location in Treasure Island is ideal. It is an easy walk to the south (15mins or less) to a first rate grocery store , multiple local restaurants that offers fine dining and many family friendly. To the north is small port area called John's Pass that has many national and local restaurants plus boating and fishing excursions. We enjoyed the stay so much, we will be returning!

We just returned from a wonderful week at this condo. We were looking for a quiet area on the beach and we found it. The view from the wall of double patio doors is all beach and ocean. There is a boardwalk from the condo to the white powder sand. This newly remodeled condo is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. You have everything you need. The countertops, new appliances and very unique lighting are so well done. The living room is very comfortable with beautiful leather furniture. We had coffee every morning on the balcony and in the evening listened to the sound of the waves. The two bedrooms, each with their own bath are separated by the kitchen so you have plenty of privacy. The beach/tropical decor is lovely and comfortable. Everything you need is provided. There are ample towels and beach towels. It is very convenient to have a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board there as well. Sheila has done an excellent job of making it feel like your own home away from home. She was absolutely wonderful to talk to and called us right after booking to offer any help we needed. I spoke with her several times and she was an absolute sweetheart. She provided us with her choices of great restaurants which did not disappoint! Our favorite for lunch was Sloppy Joe’s and for dinner, Sea Breeze. If you are looking for a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beach this is your place! Thank you so very much Sheila for sharing your beach gem with us. We are sad to be back in the snow but memories of the sights, sounds and sand beneath our toes are right here.

This condo is absolutely beautiful and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. It's in one of the best locations in Treasure Island and an easy walk to many of the fun things to do in the area. The owner is very responsive and answered all of my questions in record time. We had a great vacation staying here and I would highly reccommend this condo to anyone. Thanks!

Wow what a gorgeous place!!! The view was spectacular from inside the home as well as from the balcony. The balcony was private yet spacious with chairs and table for dining and lounge chairs for relaxing or even sunning if you didn't want to walk out to the beach or down to the pool. You can certainly tell this is someone's home as it is in pristine condition, the furnishings of superb taste and complete with all the essentials you would find in your own home. Sheila, the owner, is a doll to work with as she called to see if I had any question a couple of times before my trip in addition to suggesting places of interest - you MUST try the Frog Pond at least once!! She called me several time during the week to ensure we were enjoying our stay and not having any issues. Will definitely rent here again as the beach is gorgeous and in close proximity to several other beaches - Pass-a-grille Beach has to be one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. Great vacation overall - Thanks Sheila!!!
