Located at Seagrove Beach, this beautiful one-bedroom, one-bath, first-floor condominium was built in 2006. Seagrove Highlands borders Point Washington State Park, and is a mere ten-minute walk to the sugary sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Tucked between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, you will find endless bike paths to guide you along scenic route 30A. Also conveniently located midway between Panama City and Destin, 30A offers year-round shopping and festivals, outstanding restaurants, and miles and miles of white sand and aquamarine water. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is cozy and comfortable and you will feel right at home when you walk in the door. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and there is a sleeper sofa in the living area. The living room and bedroom both have flat screen TV's and the kitchen fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils you will need to make dining in a breeze. The pool and pool deck are both roomy. Bring a book, the setting is so peaceful overlooking the pond filled with lily pads. The field beside the pool is a great place to throw a Frisbee or soft football. Community charcoal grills are available. The walk to the beach is easy and you can stop along the way to fill your cooler for the day with food and drinks at the Tom Thumb. In the evenings relax in front of the TV or play games. There are plenty to choose from. Come enjoy a slice of paradise at Brad's Bungalow, and have the vacation you've always dreamed of. My family had a wonderful time at this cozy apartment. It was a quite large one-bedroom and the management company was extremely flexible. Due to an extenuating circumstance, we lengthened the time of our stay and the company was great to work with. They were responsive immediately to emails and even reached out the day of our arrival to let us know that we could check-in early if we liked (that was a wonderful surprise). The apartment was very clean and the location was quite convenient to the beach. It was still a walk to get to the public access but it meant that you got to avoid the hustle and bustle of being on the main street. My parents are elderly and have limited mobility, so this first floor unit was perfect for their needs. Lots and lots of ample parking too, very close to the door of the unit. Will absolutely rent again.
It was a very pleasant experience. Everything went very smoothly.

This was my first time renting a VRBO property. So simple I’ll rent this way most of my vacations. The beach was just across the street. There were plenty restaurants to choose from in close proximity. I’d rent this place again for sure.
