Beautiful Sand Dune views, from our private patio, provide wonderful morning and evening experiences for reflections on the sunny day to come, or the wonderful day you and your family enjoyed. Little Bit O' Heaven is in Building #1 in Beachside Villas and is along the 'Road less Traveled' as you can see in all the pictures, a premium building which is closest to the tennis court, pool and clubhouse but still a straight shot to the beach in just over 100 yards. Our newly updated 2 bedroom unit is “Ground level- No Stairs” and part of the exclusive cul-de-sac parking area directly in front of our unit. Your 2 cars will be only 10 steps to unload kids, groceries, beach toys and even grandma. Then, when you are ready to go the beach just stroll down the grassy knoll and head toward the dunes along the dead end street. When you enter the unit you will be in our cozy living room and then into the fully equipped kitchen with bar stool counter seating and an additional 2 seat table and chairs for dining. All rooms have HD flat screen TV's. This home offers a very comfortable living area, master bedroom w/ king bed, and a walk-in closet and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two full beds, so the unit comfortably sleeps 6. We have all updated appliances and a lot of special amenities that others just don’t offer. Bring your laptop and use our free wireless internet service. We know many of you are coming from far away and can’t pack all the things you would like to make your family's stay easy and fulfilling. We have thought of everything. We have listened to our renters and we offer as much as reasonably possible when you rent with us. The laundry closet has a stacked washer and dryer, and is next to the utility closet. Resort Features: Beachside Villas in Seagrove Beach offers a host of amenities that will please every family. Affordable and family oriented beach vacations are there specialty in this 120 unit low-rise property. All units with fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer, private patios and ample barbeque grills. Enjoy the two pools (one seasonally heated), 2 lighted tennis courts and 2 shuffleboard courts. Just steps away from the emerald cost and the Gulf of Mexico and the wonderful Eastern Lake. Beachside Villas is ideally located away from the crowds and away from the ever increasingly busy traffic of Hwy 30A, BUT is still just a quick stroll or ride from the scenic, and now famous, Timpoochee bike trail along 30A. Restaurants a short distance from Beachside Villas include the Old Florida Fish house and JC's Seafood. Angelina's Pizza and Pasta and Café “30A”. For more action, Seaside is 2-3 miles west with their great restaurants and lots of shops that include wonderful art galleries and interesting boutiques. Rosemary Beach is 5 miles east with cobblestone streets, wine and tapas bars, boutiques, and fine dining. For busy night life besides Seaside and Rosemary Beach, Destin is 15 miles west and Panama City’s Pier Park is 13 miles east with plenty of restaurant/bars, most with outdoor seating. Very nicely decorated, close to beach and all amenities available! We will be back hopefully soon! Loved everything about this unit and the area.
We had the best trip! This condo has recently been updated, and the decor was perfect. The beds and sheets were comfortable, too. They had provided everything you could possibly need (rolling cooler, beach cart, boogie board, beach chairs, etc). Even though the condos at Beachside Villas are pretty small, it was roomy enough for my family of four.
This unit is beautifully decorated, has a great layout and has everything you need for your stay at the beach. It was perfect for our family. Short walk to the beach and short drive to restaurants and shops. Our family enjoyed our stay here! Would definitely recommend!!
We had a great time staying in this condo. It was in a great location and very clean complex. We will definitely be back to stay here. Myer Properties was amazing.
Great stay and everything is as pictured. The beach and pool are both within close proximity. There were lots of amenities available for the beach that saved packing space like beach cart, pop up tent, beach chairs, etc. This place is in a great location in being just close enough to restaurants and shopping but just far enough to not have the constant traffic of the main 30A. There were a few times that there were rain showers and we were thankful for the board games available to spend time with family playing these games. The only downside is the strip of beach alotted between the trespassing signs at the beach is very narrow and fills up quickly. We just loaded up the above beach equipment and went to Grayton State Beach as admission is covered in the state's tourism. There are numerous public beaches around and available if the strip of beach is too busy for you during your stay. We would stay at this rental again.

We loved our stay! Great condo and great location. We were literally on the beach in a minute walk. Very nicely decorated with comfortable beds. The management company was wonderful to deal with and very helpful. Will stay again for sure!
