Welcome to Shifting Sands! This beautiful and beachy, ground floor unit has many upgrades and more on the way! Along with the granite counter tops, maple kitchen cabinets and higher bathroom vanities, the owners have replaced the queen bed in the guest room with 1 twin bed and a twin over full bunk. Each new bed has a 6" memory gel mattress for maximum comfort. Don't be jealous, they also added a new Comfort One Memory Gel King mattress in the master bedroom. There are also brand new 43" LG HD TV's in each bedroom and a brand new 55" LG HD TV in the living area. Also, new kitchen appliances are coming soon! This end unit offers scenic and inviting views of gulf, sand dunes, lake, and luxury beach homes. This building is closest to the pool and a short 2-minute walk through the complex to the powder soft, sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Resort Features: Beachside Villas in Seagrove Beach offers a host of amenities that will please every family. Affordable and family oriented beach vacations are there specialty in this 120 unit low-rise property. All units with fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer, private patios and ample barbeque grills. Enjoy the two pools (one seasonally heated), 2 lighted tennis courts and 2 shuffleboard courts. Just steps away from the Emerald Coast and the Gulf of Mexico and the wonderful Eastern Lake. Beachside Villas is ideally located away from the crowds away from the ever increasingly busy traffic of highway 30A, BUT is still just a quick stroll or ride for about a half-mile from the scenic and now famous Timpoochee bike trail along 30A. For more action, Seaside is 2-3 miles west with their great restaurants and lots of shops that include wonderful art galleries and interesting clothes shops. Rosemary Beach is 7 miles east with cobblestone streets, wine and tapas bars, boutiques, and its fine dining. For busy night life besides Seaside and Rosemary Beach, Destin is 15 miles west and Panama City’s pier park is 13 miles east with plenty of restaurant/bars, most with outdoor seating. We had a wonderful stay! The condo was a perfect location...close to the beach, fantastic restaurants and a wonderful coffee shop. Our kids loved the bunk beds! The condo was very well stocked with all the necessities. The master bedroom bed is extremely comfortable. We will certainly be back!
This condo was perfect for a quick trip to the beach for myself and four children. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location provided us easy access to the beach and the kids loved being close to the tennis court and pool. We also enjoyed being able to easily bike to dining and shops on 30A. Beachside Villas is always a great place to stay on 30A!
We had the best time on our trip! The condo was perfect for our young family. We were able to swim in the pool in the morning and walk to the beach in the afternoon, it made it so easy! The place was very clean and the surrounding area was very quiet. Perfect location on 30A. We spent many days/nights at Seaside which was only a few miles. Looking forward to getting back soon!
This condo was great for our family and was a short walk to the beach which was also and added plus.
We really enjoyed staying here. The unit was exactly how it is described. The boys enjoyed it as well. Very peaceful and quiet. The beach was very nice and not to crowded at all. Didn't miss the high rise condo's at all. We will be back. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
We really enjoyed our stay here! Nicely furnished with everything we needed. Close to the beach and pool and out of the traffic and congestion of other areas of 30 A where we've stayed before. We had a wonderful week with some of our family and are looking forward to the next occasion to be in this area....thank you!
Overall was a fantastic place to stay. Our family of 6 was able to enjoy our week and was a great facility. New appliances were very nice, beds were great, overall very enjoyable place to stay and so close to the NOT overcrowded beach! A+!!!
My family of three thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shifting Sands. The condo was well equipped, clean, and the management was especially helpful and attentive. The condo was in close proximity to beach access and just one building over from the main pool (there are two on property). Beach/pool toys, boogie boards, noodles, and beach chairs available in unit as well. That was a welcome surprise! The area was quiet and family oriented, tucked away from the busyness of 30-A yet close enough to bike to Seaside and the HUB. We rented bikes for a few days, as the Santa Rosa beach community is very bike friendly with bike/walk paths everywhere! Highly recommend this unit! Thanks again for allowing us to stay at Shifting Sands.
We traveled to Florida for a girls vacation. My girls and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo was easy to access and close to the beach.
I’ve stayed in several units on this same property. This one was by far the most well furnished and best decorated. It is close to the beach and the complex has its own beach access making it great with little kids. Our only problem was very sketchy WiFi service that went in and out constantly the whole week. I did try calling the property Managment company and they gave me the number to a company to call to fix it (I thought they should have been able to call for us) who I could not get a hold of due to the holiday. The unit itself though was very clean and a great stay!
