About the Property
Thank you for your interest in Myer Properties, Anchor Dunes, located in the family oriented Sugar Dunes Complex in Seagrove Beach Florida. Sugar Dunes is off the beaten path away from all the hustle and bustle of 30A but also conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, Seaside and The Hub along 30A. This 3 bedroom/3 bath beach front unit will make you feel right at home the minute you walk in the door. Each bedroom is large and has a flat screen TV. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the third bedroom shares the hall bath. The laundry closet is located just outside the hall bath and has a brand-new washer and dryer (2017). As you enter the open kitchen, dining and living areas you will be greeted with panoramic beach views through the floor to ceiling windows and a sliding glass door that leads out the spacious balcony. You can spend time on the balcony taking in the views or you can access the stairs from the balcony that lead directly to the sand. The kitchen has beautiful updated recycled glass and seashell counter tops, a glass and stone tile back splash and stainless-steel appliances. It is also well stocked with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, cookware and much more. The dining table offers seating for 8 with 3 extra seats at the kitchen counter. You will enjoy the open living area with large flat screen TV, comfortable furniture and fireplace. This second-floor unit has a detached garage deep enough for two cars. The complex does have an elevator. Once you visit Sugar Dunes, you will want to return year after year. |

We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights! The view was stunning and sand so soft. Perfect!
We headed down to Seagrove to celebrate a friend’s birthday. It was the perfect place to gather and celebrate our friend. The weather wasn’t too wonderful but we enjoyed playing games on the huge porch as we watched the waves roll in.
We love going here. This is our 6th year in a row and will definitely be back next year.
Sugar dunes is an amazing place to stay. The condos are cozy and have an unbeatable view of the beach from your balcony. It is super convenient to have chairs and umbrellas already set up for you at the beach. I think it is just far enough from seaside where you don’t have to deal with traffic unless you are headed that way. All around recommend. Communication with the property manager was punctual and professional.
