About the Property
Relaxing and Romantic Home with all the luxury amenities of a resort. In the Heart of SLO Wine Country and only 15 Minutes to the Beach. This property is a 5 acre estate. The house is expansive and is divided into two suites. There is a master suite with king size bed. The master suite has spa access just outside the bedroom door. The master suite has its own laundry, full kitchen with oven, open dining room, large living room with wood burning fireplace. Outside of the living room is a patio area with a fire pit, and gated swimming pool complete with diving board. The guest suite has two bedrooms, one large bathroom, a living room, and kitchenette. The first bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin bed. The living room has flat screen Satelite TV and futon sofa bed. The kitchenette has a sink, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and induction plate. Both suites have access to a fenced yard and patio with outdoor pool, barbeque and fire pit. |

If you are looking for a rental property in the Templeton area you wont be disappointed, this home is beautiful and VERY roomie. We had 10 adults staying at this home and we had plenty of room for everyone!! Our main reason for staying in the Templeton area was to visit with some family members. We had a bbq on Saturday with our family members and they were also blown away at how beautiful the home was. Needless to say there was plenty of room for hosting a dinner party with our family as well. Also during our stay we went to Morro Bay and Hearst Castle. The drive there was beautiful and it was not that long of a drive. We are so happy to have found this home, Thank you Elizabeth for letting us use your beautiful home.
We enjoyed the house and beautiful surroundings
We spent a fabulous birthday weekend at the ranch - the house accommodated 10 of us comfortably and the pool, jacuzzi, patios and view were amazing. The large and well-stocked kitchen was perfect for our private chef dinner and the dining table was just the right size. And to top it all off, the mama deer and her fawns who greeted us at sunset were as cute as could be. My guests enjoyed the weekend very much and we will be back!!
Lovely home and great location! Short drives to Hearst Castle, Morro Bay, SLO and of course, wine tasting! We especially enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen and relaxing in the hot tub. Can’t wait to visit again!
We really enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable and spacious with lots of towels and an amazing number of spices-plenty of space for 3 families and children and dogs. The house was within striking distance of so many interesting places (San Simeon, Paso Robles, Moro Bay, Pismo Beach, SLO). We hope to come back in the summer so we can enjoy the area even more and use the pool.
This little ranch house was one of those pleasant surprises you hear about. The pictures online did not do it justice. It was much more beautiful in person and much more relaxing than we had anticipated. It’s located not too far from major highway and there is a convenient shopping center not too far from ranch. The owners were very easy to get a hold of and answered any questions . Highly recommend:)
House was perfect for a large group, we had 8 ppl and it fit everyone very comfortably. The house is a bit away from town but close enough to go to Paso, or SLO. We rented it for our daughters Graduation from Cal Poly and it was perfect. I was concerned having two sets of in laws and family too close but the house was spacious that everyone had room. Definitely would keep in mind for future trips. I would give it an A
