This is a sweetly reconditioned historic home just steps from a fantastic beach. We really appreciated the fully stocked and functional kitchen. Everything needed to cook a gormet meal for a dozen was present, even including basic staples (spices, cooking oil, a wide range of utensils) condiments and other niceties. Plenty of plush towels, including beach towels, comfy beds with extra blankets for those cool nights, and basic paper goods. We hope to come back again soon!
Kendall is a great host and her home is very clean.
Fielding House is a wonderful place to stay in the South/West area of Kaua'i. The house is very charming, comfortable, clean and offers everything you need. It is located in a quiet, non-touristic environment, close to the beach with beautiful view to the ocean. Kendall is a very nice host who takes care of and supports her guests very well.
This is a great place for groups of 4 and more. There's ample room to hang out and enjoy the Kauai feel. The porch is a perfect morning spot for coffee and just watching the ocean (the beach is literally right there). The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinners. With a Big Save close by, you can get all your shopping done as well! Waimea Canyon is just 10 mins away, so you're ready to go on a hike you'll never forget. Would definitely stay here again! Good base to visit Waimea Canyon and Koke'e Park. The house is big and clean. We didn't meet Kendall in person, but it's very easy to communicate with her.
We LOVED the pink fielding house!! A large plantation home all to ourselves. The full kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and prepare food. This side of Kauai is a bit more secluded so having the home away from home was wonderful! Also... a VERY short walk to the beautiful coastline as well as a near to AMAZING scenery.
The sea breeze in this house was fantastic. The location was quiet, well located and had direct line of sight to the ocean. We loved the stay.
