About the Property
We have a variety of rooms to offer. The apartments are all in a custom home built by the Hosts. The top floor has a panoramic view of 4 volcanoes, glaciers, Cook Inlet and the Kenai Mountains. It has a full kitchen and the dining area has a view that can't be beat. The living room is large and is open to the kitchen and dining area. This apartment has a one bedroom(queen) and bath, but another two beds, TV viewing room, sleeper couch, and bathroom are on the same floor and available when booking for more than two. The top floor provides a lot of privacy and great views. The two apartments on the second floor have two separate bedrooms with queen beds. Each living area has a sleeper couch which can accommodate additional small guests. The apartment is fully furnished with kitchenette. The kitchen has all the supplies you need to cook for yourself. We provide coffee, a coffee grinder, coffee pot, microwave and refrigerator. One kitchen has a two burner cooktop and the other a small apartment range. The units have their own bathroom with shower. Free WiFi, and satellite TX are available in your room. On the first floor, there is a room with a queen bed, kitchenette and small table area. There is a bathroom across the hall. You have WIFI, but no TV in this room. While you stay, you are welcome to use the large entertainment room with projection TV/DVD/WII, Foosball, pool, ping pong and world class view lounging. The area is rural so the hiking and skiing are right out the door. If you are looking to fish the Anchor River is 10-20 minutes by car. Homer is also very close so you can take in the art, shopping, fishing and beach combing available there. |
