About the Property
We are located just 3.3 miles from the base of MT. Sunapee. Our home is about 300 feet off the road for a private experience. Coming June 15, 2019 the outdoor game area will be completed. There will be a firepit, horseshoe pit, volleyball/badminton area ultimate frisbee and cornhole. The space Hardwood, tile and carpet flooring. Approximately 2800 square feet of living space. Recess lights, gas fireplace, stainless steel appliances and maple kitchen cabinets Guest access Guests have access to their entire side of the house. We have a heated one car garage and plenty of additional parking. As you enter through the front door you walk into the lower level game room and sitting area Up one set of stairs you arrive into the middle level with a spacious living room/dining room and eat in kitchen. Also on this level is a bedroom and bathroom/laundry room with walk-in shower. On the upper level there are 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is the master that has the private bathroom off of it. Interaction with guests We are available whenever guests have questions. Whether about our home, activities or local sites to visit, we will discuss any questions or concerns in a timely manner. We can text, email or talk when the need arises. Other things to note Our home is located centrally between Sunapee harbor and Mount Sunapee. Taking a right out of our home for a few minutes lands you at Lake Sunapee and a left finds you at the base of Mount Sunapee which is 3.3 miles away. There are local places to dine, lounge, relax and enjoy your time away. |

This property is s spacious and accommodating. Everything about the stay was super easy. We were a short drive to Lake Sunapee and an adorable little beach (perfect for little ones). There were many thoughtful touches like an abundance of clean towels, extra blankets, beach pass, bottle opener! Thanks, George!
George was amazing!!! The house was perfect for us!! The game area downstairs was a great place for everyone to gather and play a quick game of fooseball. The slopes were so close that it was a quick ride down the road!! Thank you George we will definitely be back!!
Fantastic location at a fantastic price. I highly recommend you rent this place if you’re visiting Sunapee.
Dealing with George was easy, he was fair and friendly. He was able to offer us a side of his condo that was open for the dates we needed even though we originally inquired about the other side. He was very accommodating, prompt with responses, and easy to communicate with. His condo was clean and had plenty of space for our group of 9. It was an easy drive to the mountain, and he was able to recommend a few places to eat for a group with kids. Originally I was hesitant to book, simply because there were no reviews, (George just started using air bnb), I hope this review gives others the comfort to book away because we will certainly return to his property without hesitations. Thanks for a great get away George!
