Imagine awakening each morning to the sound of the gulls and the surf. Opening your eyes only to view the spectacular blue-green Gulf waters before you lift your head from the pillow.
You think your dreaming.
You get up and step out the private sliding glass door from your bedroom and find yourself on a beautiful wrap-around deck that provides panoramic views of the entire 30A area beaches from Rosemary's beach to Seaside and the lakes and houses in between.
You notice ample high tables and chairs on the deck for coffee or dining and all other forms of relaxing while watching the dunes, the gulf and dolphins playing in the crystal clear water of the gulf.
Then you think back to the previous evening, when your friends and family sat on the deck and watched the sun set into the water, like a big orange ball falling into the water, until the clouds lit up with brilliant colored lights and then continue to change as the sun signaled the end of another beautiful day on the Florida white sand beach.
Then you remember, wait, I can walk right down from my deck right over the dunes and be on the beach in a matter of seconds. You again think you are dreaming.
But, it is not a dream.
It's real and it happens every day when you book your vacation at 'Top Shelf', a penthouse Condo in the Sugar Dunes complex in the heart of Seagrove Beach.
This is a true beachfront condominium. Located right over the dunes that offers fabulous unobstructed, panoramic views of the Gulf from the living area, dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom.
It is amazingly large, 1,600 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom residence on the 4th (and top) floor of the Sugar Dunes complex, and is decorated with great furnishings to be comfortable and enjoyed. It's not just a rental - it's a home and one the owner enjoys herself many weeks in the fall and winter.
The kitchen, dining room and living room are part of an open floor plan with plenty inside and outdoor dining and seating which truly creates an air of comfort.
The private furnished balcony wraps around the southwest corner letting you enjoy endless hours of people and dolphin watching, while sipping drinks and all in the cover shade and vaulted ceilings but in supreme closeness to food preparation and air conditioning.
The living room not only offers endless Gulf views but also has vaulted ceilings and provides a large flat screen television for those movie and game enthusiasts. You'll find a small built in wet bar for special drink preparations so you won't get in the way in the kitchen even though there is plenty of room and extra sink and ice maker is nice.
In the kitchen you also can prepare the meals while looking at the water and finding whatever you need in the gourmet kitchen fully equipped with granite counter tops, mirror glass tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances. We thought of everything and the kitchen is well equipped with many pots and pans and other items gourmet chefs might use so don't be surprised.
The master suite offers awesome views and sounds of the Gulf and opens directly to the balcony. The cream colors and styles of the Orient reflect its serene environment. The spacious bedroom has plenty of storage and leads to the master bathroom that is also extra spacious with a walk in shower and walk in closet....and his and her sinks.
The second bedroom has a king bed and large flat screen television as well as plenty of storage and a smaller closet, but a full private bathroom.
The third bedroom has a queen sized bed and has lots of storage and large closet along with the private bathroom.
There is an elevator and private gated parking on the north side so you will be very close to your car and the benefits of the 30A surroundings.
Just remember its not a dream it is the 'Top Shelf', the Penthouse at Sugar Dunes in Seagrove Beach.
Includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella for rentals between Mid March and Mid August. |

This is a great unit for beach access, close proximity to a number of excellent restaurants, and endless views. The unit is well-appointed and feels very much like a true "home". The owners have done a wonderful job stocking the condo with any cooking utensils you might need, games for the kids, and beach toys. In addition, it is very spacious and can comfortably accommodate 2 couples and up to 4 children (although we only used it for our family of 4). The wraparound balcony is huge, very comfortable, and has a nice high-top table & chairs, as well as 4 other chairs. Finally, Reba and Jon at Myer Properties were extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had before, during, or after our stay. They were wonderful to deal with and we would highly recommend this unit.
Wonderful unit, secluded yet close to everything. Views were extraordinary, condo was very well appointed and very spacious.Stairs going directly to the beach were a plus. Other than the carpet that had stains and burn holes, this unit far surpassed our expectations. We would most definitely come back here...maybe making it our yearly beach vacation. Over the years we have rented many condos/houses and dealing with Myer Properties was an absolute pleasure.
This unit exceeded our expectations- incredible views, right on the beach, spacious, very updated and clean, and very well stocked with everything we needed to make it our "home" for a week! The stairs off of the private balcony that went straight to the beach were a definite plus! We highly recommend this wonderful unit- you won't be disappointed!
Just spent another week at this luxurious condo. It does not disappoint. The unit was immaculate, the new floors and bathroom were fabulous. The kitchen is well stocked, and the balcony's view is to die for. It's quite apparent that the owners of this condo take pride in seeing that no detail has been overlooked.
Our anniversary's couldn't have been spent in a better location. The place was very nice, with a huge master bath&bedrm, a 2nd bathrm with a bench in shower...perfect for our daughter and son in laws King size bedrm. The surprise was the 3rd bedrm that the 10month old grandson slept in. There was a high chair and pack & play in the closet, you don't need to pack those items(we also rented a crib for the week). The kitchen was well stocked and large enough for us all to be in at one time, and open the blinds in dining room , for a unobstructed view of Gulf. The balcony had enough tables chairs for 8 people, and we ate breakfast everyday out there. The direct stairs to the beach was the coolest idea we had seen for properties on the beach. Although there are no tents allowed directly in front/on the beach , there is a Property entrance on side where we set up our tents daily. The sunsets were Perfect, and nobody but I had ever seen a Moonset on the ocean, 2 nights in a row the Cresant moon set orange to the west of us. As pretty as the sun setting. The only negatives we can think of is the one and only tiny Publix nearby. Matthew and fall breaks overlapped our week and the shelves were bear on Sat night at Publix. We drove to PCB and there was plenty of stores there ( big Publix/WinnDixie/FreshMarket/etc). Seaside is nearby and has the best food at a place named Great Southern Kitchen, well worth the almost 45 min drive to go 3 miles for. There are food trucks and lots of shops restaurants there. My Daughter and We loved this place and cannot wait to go back soon. Thank you for the beautiful TopShelf, and the most unforgetable 1st beach experience for our grandson. Truly wonderful week.
My husband and I booked Top Shelf to celebrate my 50th birthday. The moment we walked in to "that view" and saw the nicely decorated rooms, I knew we picked the perfect spot! The condo is down a secluded street and is on the top floor (no heavy footfalls from above), so it's nice and quiet. The condo has a private garage right next to the elevator, which is a nice plus. I'm a little weird in that I love to cook while on vacation. I was worried I wouldn't have everything I needed to whip up my meals, but I was delighted to find that they have everything - and I do mean everything - on site from pans, gadgets, sharp cutting knives and even a ton of spices in the kitchen. We slept in the main bedroom and a friend took the middle room and both beds were comfortable. It was a nice that you could open the door in the main bedroom and hear the waves lapping on the beach. In the morning, you could see the pink from the sunrise, but the best part was the sunsets. Wow - they were so vibrant! The living room was comfy too - lots of furniture for all to sit together and a giant TV and DVD player (each bedroom had them too). When we had a problem with getting the DVD player to come on, the owners had the maintenance man there in minutes. But, the best part was the beach. Just walk down your stairs and you're on the most gorgeous powder sugar sand ever. And, the colors of the water! Simply stunning. My only caution is if you have problems navigating beach chairs down 4 flights of stairs, this may be a challenge for you. I'd suggest renting beach chairs from the service offering it all along the beach. You could take the elevator, but you'd have a ways to walk around from there as there's no first floor cut through from the front to the back. I can't recommend this more highly to anyone and I would go back in a heartbeat.
Had an amazing stay at this condo! Everything was clean and neat. The updated walk in shower in the master bedroom was amazing. This was a beach front condo with stairs leading to the sandy beach! The kitchen was well supplied with spices and equipment for all your cooking needs. The owners were very quick to respond and easy to communicate with! I would love to come back!
My family and I had a great stay here! Not crowded. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.
