About the Property
Bring your sombreros & sunglasses & be ready to kick all the way back under the tropical sun along miles and miles of long sandy beach with turquoise waves lapping the shore. This 2500 sq ft house with huge patios is on almost 2 acres of beachfront property, eco-friendly and off-the-grid in a little piece of private, secluded paradise.

The space
Casa Perfecta is located on a very private property at the end of a dirt road away from it all. The beaches here are virtually deserted; you'll see plenty of wild life - whales in winter, sea turtles (if you're lucky you might get to see a nest hatch), many species of bird, reptiles and amphibians. The ocean is where we play, the house is where we recharge before heading out to play some more.
Guest access
The entire house and the patio and pool are yours to enjoy. The garage is a shared space filled with beach and ocean toys. The guest casita at the top of the property is available for rent as well, offering another bedroom, kitchen, living room and large patio space. It is sometimes rented by other adventurers, or occupied by the property manager, Dawn, whom you'll be in touch with to make your reservation. She's helpful and respectful of your desire for privacy.
Interaction with guests
The property manager, Dawn is available by WhatsApp or FaceTime audio or text and responds quickly to inquiries. She is often nearby as well and can respond to requests for assistance.
Other things to note
There are three restaurants within a short drive of the property (two are less than 5 min away and one, a sushi place in La Fortuna is a half hour drive). Live music every Saturday during high season at the Crossroads Country Club Restaurant.
