house has comfort, quiet, and an unencumbered view of the Chugiak mountains. Great family place with a walking trail to town across the street.
This three story house has a large maple dining table and an open kitchen on the middle floor, and the ground level is a two bedroom
suite. The top floor has three bedrooms and an historic claw foot
tub in the large shared bathroom.
This is a bright and cheery house with local art and many large windows. You can sleep up to 9 or 10 people in comfort.
While sipping coffee on the deck in the morning you can watch the boats go fishing for halibut and salmon.

My friends from arizona and I stayed at Island Watch for a week in June 2013. It was an amazing way to visit Homer alaska. Beautiful grounds, privacy, quiet, a gorgeous garden in full bloom. The house was perfect for us with three levels which afforded privacy and a spectacular dining table where we could all sit together and share a meal. Eileen and Connie keep the place in immaculate condition. Everything we needed was right there. The grill and picnic table offered plenty of outdoor eating opportunities. We liked it so much, I've already made reservations for 2014.
