| We do not allow pets or smokers. Our place has a queen-sized bed in a separate bedroom and a queen-size sofa bed in the Livingroom. The sofa bed is very comfortable, made by American Furniture. We have a 2-night minimum stay. The rate calculator will not give you a correct answer. Please contact us for correct rates. Extra people more than 2 bear extra charges. Check in is at 2:00pm. Check out is at 11:30am 50% deposit at time of booking, 50% cash upon arrival |
