3+ Bedroom, 4 Full Bath cabin sleeps up to 15 people comfortably Our wonderful ski-in / ski-out cabin is located in the prestigious Trails @ Navajo area at Brian Head Ski Resort in Southern Utah. It has a great year round location, nestled in a beautiful woodland setting on a private cul-de-sac and offering convenient access to the slopes and Brian Head Resort. Inside, the cabin is roomy, warm and comfortable with knotty pine accents throughout. Relax around the rustic stacked stone fireplace in the cabin’s lofted great room or watch movies on the 47' LED LCD Flat Screen TV. Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen stocked with appliances, a full laundry room and four full bathrooms. At night, take advantage of the four TV’s with cable and DVD/VCR, X-Box, Hoop shoot, gaming table, entertainment center or wireless internet. Offering easy access, our cabin is on paved roads that are plowed right up to the two-car garage and is located just three hours from Las Vegas or Salt Lake City via direct access off I-15. Brian Head in the Summer : Summer is a great time to visit Brian Head and our cabin makes a great base for visits to the many National Parks that are close by (Zion, Bryce, Kolob, Cedar Breaks). Brian Head resort offers mountain biking and a challenging Frisbee golf course along the ski runs. There are also miles of ATV trails (and rentals) and endless hiking trails and walking paths to enjoy the outdoors. In addition, nearby Cedar City offers the annual Shakespearean Festival with shows and events most days and evenings. Our cabin has both covered and open decks, a BBQ and a fire pit to enjoy the mild summer days and nights. The cabin makes a Great place to relax, explore or host your family vacation. |

Very accommodating for 3 families totaling 6 adults and 6 kids. Extra bathroom was nice and didn’t see the kids a ton since they hung downstairs and we were upstairs. When they were upstairs, they were playing pop a shot basketball the entire time. Very easy ski in ski out from the base of the driveway. Scott was very accommodating and we look forward to coming back next year!
We stayed in this cabin with two other families and it was a perfect fit. 6 adults and 8 children 6yrs and younger. Everything was clean and the private driveway was a great place for the kids to sled and play in the snow. Also, a true ski in/out! Which is a must with young kids! Overall a great experience and will book this cabin again next year!
We had such an amazing time and it was so great to have this beautiful house to stay in. The location is perfect!! The owner was very accommodating and answered our questions immediately. We will be back next year!

Stayed in the cabin over New Year's 2019. Scott, the owner, responded to a few minor issues right away. the cabin was well equipped for 3 families totaling 6 adults and 6 kids. Street and driveway was plowed daily while neighbors around the corner were shoveling snow. Great time for the whole family.

We loved our first Brian Head experience and this cabin was perfect. Ski in / out, plenty of room for 3 families. There are not a lot of options for food, so we ate in and enjoyed the beautiful scenery outside. Kids loved the downstairs area, games and sledding right outside he house.
We have stayed in many places, but this is our go-to cabin at Brian Head. Easy access to both sides of the mountain - Navajo & Giant Steps. Great retreat for a family or couples or combination of generations. Very well appointed with all the necessities +++, nice bedrooms, kitchen, fireplace and living areas. We arrived in a snow storm and Scott (owner?) went above and beyond by plowing the drive and walkways and even bringing us an extension cord to charge our Tesla.
The owners, Scott and Peggy, were very responsive to our questions and minor issues. The house is very roomy and easy to ski in and out from. The only problem we really had was A LOT OF SNOW (over 8" overnight, in mid March), we had to wait for the plow to clear the roads so that we could go down the mountain to rent skis and boards. Other than that, no other real issues, we had a blast!!
Owner communicated promptly and very easy to reach. Place was exactly as described. Our families fit comfortably with plenty of space.
