Welcome to "Million Dollar Views," live like a local in our tranquil retreat on a high floor in the West Tower South of the Marina City Club overlooking the marina docks with panoramic, unobstructed, stunning views . Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows you have marina and ocean views from our master suite and living room. Our open floor plan creates a very spacious and bright ambiance so you can spread out, relax and enjoy your vacation inside and outside on our large balcony watching the sunset. The sliding glass doors allow you to open up the balcony entirely to the living room. In the evening the lights on the balcony create a romantic atmosphere. Enjoying a glass of wine or evening tea on the balcony as you are serenaded by the music channels on the TV coming from the living room while watching a sunset painted sky. Our bedrooms are beautifully and elegantly decorated with high-quality bedspreads/comforters, blankets and linens to provide a comfortable and sound sleep. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a Sealy Posturepedic mattress with Hotel brand bedspread, blanket and linens. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a Tempurpedic mattress with a Vera Wang duvet comforter, blanket and Hotel brand linens. In addition, the dining area can transform into a queen-size pull-out Murphy bed with a Spinal Pedic Ortho Poise mattress and high-quality linens behind the cabinet doors that comfortably sleeps 2 people. We offer high-speed Spectrum Internet & WiFi Service (100 Mbps) and Spectrum phone services. We have 3 flat-screen HD TV using Spectrum Gold TV Package providing basic & expanded services, Premium Channels - HBO, Showtime, Starz, StarzEncore, the Movie Channel and others. The living room has 75" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with a Sound Bar theater sound. The master bedroom has Samsung 40" Smart TV. The second bedroom has Samsung 28" Smart TV. We have a fully-equipped kitchen with cookware so you can prepare delicious meals if you decide to stay in. |
Unique Benefits
The Marina City Club has 24 hour security guards at the entrance gates with our amenities: Full Fitness Center & Spa on-site as well as restaurant with full bar and room service. Facilities include City Cafe for breakfast and lunch, Beauty Salon, Sky Deli on-site grocery store, 6 tennis courts, 3 racquetball courts, 2 paddle ball courts, 3 heated swimming pools, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Laundry card provided for 2 shared washers/dryers on the same floor.
Guests will have access to 3 outdoor swimming pools and an outdoor jacuzzi. Temporary memberships can be arranged with the Fitness Center for use of the Marina City Club facilities: Fitness Center (weight room, cardio equipment, yoga classes, stream room, sauna and jacuzzi), Tennis and racquetball courts. Guests can access the fitness center for $25 per week.
The Marina City Club is centrally located and has easy access to I-10, 90 Highway and 405 to drive to Malibu, Santa Monica, Culver City, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Universal Studios, Disneyland and other locations. The Marina City Club is located 5 miles from the LAX Airport.
South Bay Bicycle Trail: Bike, skate, walk or run along a 26-mile magnificent ocean-side bike path that is located directly across the Marina City Club stretching from Malibu through the Marina south to Palos Verdes.
