My family and I stayed here over 4th of July weekend and had a blast. The place was SPOTLESS and everything was brand new, kitchen, bathroom, you name it. The two roof decks were great for dinner and or drinks while watching the sunset and there is a grill on the second floor! Nice location and quiet neighbors, no crazy youngsters here.... =) Cant wait to go back later this year...
My family of three adults and 5 kids stayed for a week. We were very comfortable, the house is well-appointed. Kitchen has new appliances & great kitchenware (utensils, cuisinart pots/pans). Furniture is new, indoor-outdoor with lots of sitting areas. There are books, games, videos for rainy days. The teens stayed on the top level, adults and one child on lower level, and it was perfect! Close to beach and to stores supplying necessities of life like ice cream and bagels. The owner & his son are very nice and helpful.
We had a wonderful vacation and stay at this home. It was everything we had expected from the listing description and then some. It was spotless, all new amenities, furnishings, etc., The location was perfect - 1 1/2 blocks walk to the beach, short drive to all LBI attractions. The owner met us on arrival and gave us a tour of the property and answered all questions. He is a delightful gentleman and obviously very proud of his home. I highly recommend this property for all looking for a great vacation.
Great House, contemporary with style. Someone really cares for this place. Well maintained. Close to beach, great location. Very Pleased, would HIGHLY recommend. Hope to return next year.

This a great place to spend the week in LBI and explore the entire beautiful Island! Its located in the middle so if you want to go Beach Haven is only less than a 10 min drive or they opposite way which extremely beautiful and peaceful Harvey Cedars. My sister in law stay here and I love it we had our privacy in separate floors and our bth rooms which was key. Spacious and Deck views were amazing and relaxing. Big plus was the St Francis Rec center right behind us for $10 pass you can go swimming indoor/outdoor pools, basketball courts and even attend classes for extra fee. We definitely enjoyed our time here! Oh Daddy O’s Restaurant and Bar up the block great for night out! Owners are very helpful and courteous. Thanks so much Nick and Mike
Mike is a great owner and a pleasure to rent from. We have been renting the house for the last three years and it is a perfect fit. Beautiful decks, nice clean rooms and an awesome location. We love it!
This is basically 2 apartments which was great. Our kids/grandkids used the upper and we had the lower. It gave the grandkids someplace to escape the adults. Great decks with rooftop view of the bay and sunset.
We had a wonderful experience. The owners kept in communication with us, the house was spotless, and the roof deck was phenomenal. We will definitely be back!
House was comfortable, spacious and had a warm feeling. The owner was a pleasure to work with and made sure everything was going well during our stay. Location was perfect!!! Looking forward to staying next year !!
