We had a great weekend, house was comfortable for 14 women. Loved the porch and the outdoor shower! Short walk to first beach.
Our stay was great! Jim and Fran were flexible with check in and the house was beautiful. Perfect location close to the beach and plenty of little shops and convenient stores around in case you needed something last minute.
The house was lovely. It was spacious, well furnished and extremely clean. It was close to downtown Newport. Couldn’t asked for more.
A perfect house for family. Back yard is beautiful . Very kid friendly. Walking distance to beach , restaurants and shops. I recommend taking some mansion tours !
We had a large group and both the living area and the bedrooms were great for all of us
Very nice floor plan and easy walk the the beach and Cliff Walk. Nice finishes and very clean. Very responsive property managers. Our girls trip comfortably fit in the 6 bedrooms. Parking is accessed from the back across a yard. Be aware you can’t roll bags from the car.
Our family has not been able to get together for 2 1/2 years. We live in several different states. 14 of us ages 3-75. The place is comfortable, has everything you need and accommodates a large group easily. Possible to walk to lots of places. We’d go back anytime. Newport was a new experience for most of us. A beautiful area
We visited Hedgegate for a weekend with close friends. The house was perfect with plenty of space for 12 adults and even some room to spare! The house is in a great location near most everything and a short uber/lyft/taxi ride into the downtown area. The one thing I want to point out is that linens are not included, but are available for a fee. I didn't realize this at the time of booking. However, the sheets that were provided were nice and the bath towels were big and soft. There is a decent yard and plenty of parking. If we ever return to Newport, we will be sure to try to stay here again!
Great home for large group. The House is close to everything in the Newport area. Owner very helpful. We had a fantastic time when we stayed there to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with our family. A very well equipped and comfortable house in a great area.
