This home has everything you need for an amazing river front vacation! The kitchen/great room are much bigger than the pictures show. The bedrooms and baths are very well done and remind me of a high end, 5 star hotel. The restaurant-grade ice machine in the garage is an awesome feature, especially in the summer when days are 100-115 degrees. The kitchen is FULLY stocked and you will find just about everything you could possibly need. I cannot think of anything to add or change about this home. It is first class! Thanks John! We will be back.

We highly recommend this property! Everything in the house is top of the line and in new condition. All the bedrooms were super clean and comfy. Garage is huge, we fit 2 cars and a suburban on one side of it. Ice machine was great! House is fully updated, beds are clean and nice, bathrooms are all new, kitchen is huge with really nice appliances, has a really nice open floor area with dining, living, and kitchen. Patio and outdoor area around the property are spotless. The BBQ is killer. The private dock is pretty new looking and was nicer than our neighbors. I know its just a dock but there are little details that I noticed that matched the overall theme of the entire property, no expenses spared! The views from the patio and dock are incredible during the sunrise and sunset. Having a private lagoon, dock, and launch ramp is soooo nice! Kids are begging to go back. John was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had, our experience was first class!

Had a great time with family and we thoroughly enjoyed the location. The property is immaculate and more than we could have expected. Beautifully remodeled and decorated. Clean and modern. With some family members whom are not the best swimmers, this location was perfect. Being separated from main river current made playing and swimming in the water much more safe and enjoyable. All ages were very pleased with this rental from the street to the water and beyond. Plan on returning next summer.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at this home. The accommodations were clean and spacious, the view off the back patio was serene, as we looked over the water and viewed the mountains. The neighborhood was quiet yet close to shopping and eating establishments and only a short drive to Laughlin and the casinos. My husband and I love to cook and spent time preparing meals during our stay and found that the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, utensils, and plenty of basic spices, condiments ect.. The owner was very responsive to any questions/issues we had during our stay. I definitely would recommend this property and would have no hesitation staying here again. Perfect location and amazing house.

The house was really beautiful and perfect for our annual trip to Laughlin. The thing we loved the most was the HUGE garage! We could pull our car in with the boat attached... we could load up in the morning without the car/boat in the hot sun. The ice machine was also a big plus!
