Nice little hotel, was being constructed as we stayed there so everything had a slight scent of wet concrete :) though great location and seamless check-in.
The location was great. In the middle of the center of town and of the beach. Taxis and busses pass regularly so getting around is a breeze ! Lots of different restaurants to try so that’s a lot of fun.. the supermarket is across the street which was very convenient. The staff is really friendly. Great stay!
Staying at a place directly at the beach in tulum is a total waste of money from my point o view, because the beach front is totally overpriced. This is a great location, because it is just between city center and the beach. Just make sure you do not have a room next to the main street to the beach if it bothers you. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Amazing location and super helpful staff. It’s honestly the perfect middle point between the tulum hotel zone and tulum town. Definitely take advantage of the access to Amansala Beach as the views alone are well worth it.
Great location as described! Very friendly staff, clean rooms and speedy reply from host when we needed to move rooms due to noise on street from building works.

Great place. It's a nice hotel with a great location (right across from the grocery store and on the road to the beach) and a friendly staff. Our room was large and the beds were comfy. Def recommend staying here. Rent bikes because the cabs to the beach are way overpriced.
