Bear Pond Cottage is perfect for large family gatherings of up to 15 people. It is located in a family enclave and sits just 100 feet from the edge of the Penobscot Bay. There are lovely gardens and even a man-made pond! The property has water access and its own ever-changing rocky/sandy private beach. Main level is wheelchair accessible � wide doorways � no steps/ramp entry.
