About the Property
Pool,hot tub, pickleball & sand volleyball court,swing set, basketball,horseshoe Deluxe Mountain home on landscaped 6 private acres overlooking Heber Valley and the "Alps of Utah"! Eleven bedrooms (9 queen, 24 twin, 1 king), five bath, and 8400 square feet. Private location with outdoor pool, hot tub, 4 fireplaces, media room with terrace seating, DVD, Wifi, satellite TV, and CD. Game room with Billiards , Ping-Pong, foosball, indoor basketball. Wrap around deck, swing set, basketball hoop. Rates change depending on time of year, holidays and size of group. We have beds for 44, and charge $10 per person per night for groups over 44. Only 20 minutes to Park City and 15 minutes from Deer Valley's back mountain lift. Supermarkets and restaurants are just 2 miles away in Heber City. - also RV hookups. Minutes from lakes, trails, golf courses, mountain biking, and road biking, river rafting and tubing, zip lines, and train rides. Amenities: 2016 Pool: Pool is open from Memorial Weekend to Labor Day weekend. We don't provide pool towels, only bath towels. Payment Policies
There is a price increase during Thanksgiving (4 night minimum), Christmas and New Year's (5 night minimum). Please email for quote. Rates change depending on time of year, holidays, and size of group. Please feel free to call or email. Cleaning fee and Utah State Tax deposit will be added. Cleaning fee will increase with size of group. For summer groups, the cleaning fee will be 495. Full payment will be returned if the owner is able to re-book the property at the same rate. If the owner is unable to re-book the property, the entire rental will still be due and payable. We do not provide extra towels for the pool. |

We had such a great time with our family at this cabin. There was plenty of space for our big group. Lots of parking. We loved the beautiful view it has of Heber Valley. The beds were comfortable, lots of extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen was awesome, fully stocked with everything we needed and two fridges. The kids loved playing in the backyard and the game room. We will definitely stay here again!
Excellent stay and very spacious accommodations. Great value within 15-20 minutes of Park City. Game room, Theater room and hot tub all make for enjoyable stay.

We spent Thanksgiving holiday here with 24 people total and had plenty of space. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, although we did bring a few items along that we like to use and wanted to be sure to have. The lighting in some areas was somewhat dim (especially the front room) but overall things were working and it served well for our reunion gathering. I would definitely consider staying here again for a family reunion!

The property was absolutely amazing. Plenty of space for our whole family. It was centrally located to all of our activities. The owners helped fix an issue we had immediately and were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back!
We stayed at the Lindsay Lodge for our winter family getaway. It was an amazing house. There was everything you could ever want. The kitchen was very nice to cook and gather in. The game room and theater room were used constantly. The adults even had quiet time while the kids were downstairs. We went sledding right out the front door and we loved watching the herd of deer that must live on the property. The owners are very kind and answered all of our questions. We have stayed in several of their properties and have always been very impressed. Thank you Jane and Ken Myers
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. There was enough to entertain all of the kids without having to travel anywhere to do things. They just wanted to hang out and enjoy all that was at the lodge. While it was fantastic overall, there are a few things at the lodge that needed attention. The bathrooms were outdated and looked like they hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned, especially the bathtubs with jets in them, the front door could only be opened from the inside and it did not lock well, the hot tub water was really dirty and the jets didn’t work, the kitchen island baseboards kept falling off and the dryer door had to be duct taped to keep it closed while using it. The theater room projector did not work and there was no big screen, only a TV set up where there used to be a screen on the wall. That was a little disappointing, since a theater room was advertised and we had planned a movie night. After talking to my family, we feel that for what we paid, it should have all been very clean and in working order. That would make a difference in whether or not we stayed here again.
The home worked very well for us. Everyone enjoyed their time at the reunion. Thank you.
